no idea about casino but i played poker there for years and yeah they were somewhat (much?) slow when it comes to payouts. At one point it was normal for skrill cashout to take like 10 days, so i stopped playing there a year ago.

not sure how is it past migration though, and i know they had some monetary problems in the past but i suspect migration to bigger poker network (and better casino games) has helped them greatly, but as i said i dont really feel like testing it so... have a free bump for now :)

oh and while they were never the fastest when it comes to payouts, i dont think anyone complained about non payments though. But in todays day and age where cashout at places like rizk, casumo, mrgreen, trada etc takes anything from couple of minutes to few hours max i dont feel like playing at a place where it takes a week to get your money.

Agreed me either on payout times ... if a site is more than 48 hours max to pay i just wont bother. And why should we when we can get cash outs in minutes or a few hours ...

In this day n age thats insane! Enough said wont be heading over that way. Simply no need for that.

And if your withdraws were pending all that time ready to reverse then we can be sure of the reason why in the hope you do play it back.

Vile ... any casino that pulls this shit dont deserve players.

I have had an account with PKR for years but have played there less and less to virtually never at all now. I originally started playing there for the soft poker games. But ended up frustrated with the slow software and awfully slow payouts. I would often wait anything up to 2 weeks and can never recall getting a cashout before 5 working days.

I personally wouldn't play there now. The poker side is or at least was literally dead. I believe they have merged their casino and poker operations with another network (can't recall which). But because of their declining player pools over the years I wouldn't be too confident of receiving any large payout quickly. I just dont feel comfortable playing there anymore. For either poker or casino. I get the impression that the merger was a last ditch effort to turn the company around. They probably will payout. Just tread with caution I think.

Thumbs down from me I'm afraid - played there and had issues. Support continued to fob me, then no replies. Gave up on them in the end and won't go back.
