Piggs Peak - resolved - fake complaint

Piggs Peak is a good name for this casino. I won $2800.00 last June and after waiting 6 weeks for my checks (and that was express delivery which they deducted $70) I finally get them and take them to the bank only to find out they put a stop on them. Here it is 7 months later and I still h ave not been paid. They won't even put the money back in my account so I could play it. They have no problem taking your money but they sure don't want to give you your winnings when on one of the few occasions you actually win. I have contacted an atty and legal proceedings will begin in one week

It is a good name because this is the name of their land-based casino in Swaziland.

This is pretty serious. What was the reason that they put a stop on the check? Are you able to access your account, or is it locked? What exact legal proceedings are to commence in a week?

It may be helpful to fill out a PAB and I can have the operators respond to this directly. What you have posted so far doesn't explain much.

I've just emailed this player informing her that she needs to respond ASAP.

I don't think it's a competitor, unless it's a very stupid one. I'm always watching out for these sort of things, and most people know this

Dobedo = Last Activity: 20th January 2005 09:43 AM = the same time she made this post. She hasn't answered anyone's emails either.

This is a typical hit and run tactic used by players (or perhaps competitors) when they attempt to smear casinos. I do not tolerate this since this is a waste of time and electrons. As far as I'm concerned, she has no case and this "problem" never occurred.
