A new excuse from Slotty Vegas

I made a deposit last night at Slotty Vegas, and attempted to make a withdrawal this morning. But kept getting error messages.

So we have someone on the other thread saying 5 working days, now this, think people want to start being a little careful with SV. Once they have authorization they WILL be paid, they don't need to wait until they actually get funds, its a stalling tactic in my view.
If they see this post they probably won't talk to you via live chat anymore about it either, and insist you talk to the rep, as they will decide you have 'escalated' it.

Thanks for that.

Not sure if payment processing time is a criteria for accreditation but this kind of stalling tactic is plainly wrong in my opinion and should lose them points for sure if it is not a criteria.

If a casino has this policy that you can only withdraw once they have physically received the funds from their payment processor, then don't let the player play until those funds have been received too. Can't have it both ways.

i agree that payment processing times should be monitored/edited for accredited casinos, payment processing time/no reverse withdrawals is vital for alot of people

I'm genuinely shocked and appalled by this behaviour from my (now ex) favourite casino. I hereby wash my hands of them :(

DruekcGlueck are a strange outfit for sure. Trustworthy of course, but that doesn't excuse the vagueness of customer service. I sent countless emails and spoke on live chat several times, yet not once could I get anyone to simply say the words "yes you are fully verified now.." :confused:

The best I ever got was "the payments department will contact you if they require any more information". It was so frustrating I closed my account.

Yes they are giving me
"the payments department will contact you if they require any more information".

I'm guessing in going to be waiting until next week something will be wrong in my ID and I'll have to start the process again.

There actually a great casino, sister to betat. Best customer service in the business in my opinion, and I've had withdrawls flushed via chat no problem at all.

I wouldn't call what the poster experienced good customer service let alone best in the business, but each to their own I guess.

Well that's a one of experience and yes I agree with you, that's really poor. But we can't judge a casino on one poor experience can we now?..
