Payspark Will Now Be Called EziPay

I got a 2nd mail and they told me, that i'd register an account last year, but the problem is now, that i haven't safe anything of this datas, so i don't know my password, but i hope, they can help me.

Edit:

Ok, i've sent them my documents and after that my account was forwarded to my actually emailaddress with all my datas.

Now my account is inactive, but it should be cleared in the future ;)

Now i get the answers from the support also fast, at most even within 10 Minutes.

The most Mg Casinos, which i play, have also payspark/ezipay, like Cinema Casino or Lucky Nugget.

But for the deposit i use normally moneybookers, or paysafecard, because for this option i had not to pay any fees and it wortks also in realtime :)

I'm only interested in the Payspark Card, because the Neteller Card is now unavailable, so it could be a good solution for this problem :)

Glad to hear it Mike. Yep, the card works beautifully. As soon as a payment hits your account, it's available for withdrawal at your ATM. The fees can be a bit steep, but then again I never withdraw enough to really make a dent, lol. I believe they work on a percentage basis. I'm just glad to have the option of having my money right away, and am willing to pay for that. Fees don't bother me.

The fees on the Neteller Card were high, so i think, that the payspark-card fees will not be higher ;)

But the problem is, that you can't read anything about all that, "before" you sign up an account, because normally i will know this things at first, before i open an account, but here you must first sign in, to get more informations about deposit options and so on.

Fact is, that payspark is surely more trustable, than Neteller and now, they have cancelled their Card, so they are died for me :D

Btw. Thanks again for your nice help :)

hey guys, I'd like to open a payspark account too. You were talking about
invitation from casinos but their site clearly has a sign-up button, am I mistaken, no? And yep, there's lack of information there. What would one need for registration: documents, calls etc? A step by step guide would be great :notworthy

PS: I have a huge interest for their debit card, since these neteller issues you know.

I don't know what's wrong with their bad support, because i ask them, whn i get activated my account and get only a simply standard answer back: "Please confirm if you would like to reopen your Internet purchasing account with us so that I can assist you in this regard"

What do they want from me?

I've sent them 3 days ago all my needed documents (passport, phonebill) so why can't they tell me only, what i should to, to reopen my account?

What i also hate on this very bad support is, that everytime another guy answer the emails, so it ccan be, that i get 5 times the same answer from difference guys!

And i thought, that the Neteller Support is bad *lol*

Silly question but the website has no "about/help" info :) Is the ATM card one that can be used in Europe? Is it Maestro/Cirrus branded or similar Pina? And does it work similar to Neteller in that you have to transfer onto it first and is there a max? So many questions...:D

Hi Simmo...yes, it's on the Maestro/Cirrus network. You don't have to transfer any money if you sign up for the ATM account. They have two options (or used to). The Internet account and the ATM account. They are separate accounts with separate account numbers. I closed my internet account, as it wasn't really needed. I just keep my ATM account, and get any payments transferred direct to that. It's a 16 digit card #, similar to a credit card...this is the number you give to whichever merchant is paying you. My account is a US dollar account, but they also offer UK pounds and Euro accounts.

My actual ATM card is issued by L&G Bank S.A.L. and carries the Infinia logo. I checked on the fees for withdrawal as well....it's 2% of the amount, with a minimum of $2.98 charge, and a maximum of $15.00. You must keep a minimum balance of $10 in there at all times to keep your account active. Hope that helps?

And Mike, I'm sorry you're having issues with support. Never once in five years have I ever had a problem with their support. I'm pretty sure there are phone #'s on the website, maybe try a phone call?

Adrian, you will need your passport/driver's licence, proof of residency (utility bill) and if you are going to use a CC to fund, you will need copies of the front and back of your CC. You will need to scan these and email to them, or fax to them.

I'll check back later if there's any other questions, lol. :D

Why should i spend money for this bad support?

Btw. my last question was now about 5 hours ago and i didn't get any answer, but they normally answer always within 30 minutes!

Ok, maybe my last question was a little to heavy for their?

I asked only "how long does it take, to reopen my account? 1 mont or maybe 1 year?"

Ok, maybe it was really a heavy question, but when they can't make it now in 3 days, i must think, that they need so a long time for it?

But thanks for your information, because on their webpage is really nothing written and this is same bad as their support, like their high fees for their card!

Ok my account is now finally reopen, but this e-wallet really sucks, because i can only make a deposit with "wire transfer" and there is nothing written about any payspark-card, so i think, that this option is only for UK members available?

btw. it's really funny, that they didn't accept any US members, but their bank account exists only in USA, so it is only a bad option to pay with wire transfer, because there are very high costs (about 20-30.- euro!)
