You will have a Daily Limit on your PayPal Virtual Debit Card. You can view your limit on the PayPal Virtual Debit Card Profile page - log in to your PayPal account, click the Profile subtab, and click the PayPal Virtual Debit Card link. To change your daily PayPal Virtual Debit Card spending limit, call PayPal Customer Service at (402) 935-2014.

When you install PayPal Virtual Debit Card, you'll be asked to choose your bank account, PayPal Buyer Credit, or PayPal Plus Credit Card as a Backup Funding source. If you do not have any money in your PayPal balance, PayPal Virtual Debit Card will withdraw the funds needed to complete a transaction from your Backup Funding source.

To change the Backup Funding source on your PayPal Virtual Debit Card, log in to your PayPal account, click the Profile subtab, and click the PayPal Virtual Debit Card link. At the bottom of the page, click the edit button. You can choose to set your bank account, PayPal Buyer Credit, or your PayPal Plus Credit Card as your Backup Funding source.

Log in to your PayPal account, click the Profile subtab, and click the PayPal Virtual Debit Card link. There is a link to change your billing address under your default billing address. As a reminder, your billing address needs to be confirmed or your PayPal Virtual Debit Card transaction will be denied.

To confirm your address, you will first need to add a credit card to your PayPal account. If your credit card company supports the Address Verification System, PayPal will check that the address you provided for your account matches the billing address that your credit card company has on file. You may be required to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process, to activate your credit card. Your address may be confirmed after the Expanded Use enrollment process has been successfully completed. Please note that because not all credit card companies are currently able to confirm an address, only some UK and Canadian addresses may be confirmed at this time.

PayPal's Virtual Debit Bar is no longer active because of the Beta release of PayPal Virtual Debit Card. Although you will no longer be able to use Virtual Debit Bar, you do not need to take any action to deactivate it.
