Yeah, banks are not very cooperative when it comes to these kind of things. I have to always push as well for them to investigate properly and usually i can sort it out before the money is returned to the sender/or if i made the payment to my company account. :rolleyes:

Respect to Slotsmillion for their efforts to get the withdrawals to you as speedy as possible considering the problems. :thumbsup:

lol its okay I thought the same. We have seen this story before from tonnes of casinos. Stall tactics blah blah. And to be honest it really seemed like it for sure.

I know the email says 2 business days but this seems longer than I have ever waited for it to process from them, getting ridiculous actually. Anyone else have this from yesterday I guess is all I'm wondering, and why they not answering emails either.

Hi again :)

There is about 8 hours difference between Canada and Europe. That is why you may have feeling that the validation took 3 days when actually it has taken 2 days. The withdrawal request was submitted on 2016-04-12 at 06:25:27 AM (our time), which is 2016 -04-11 at 10PM your time. So your request was received on the 12th, validated on the 13th and paid on the 14th. That makes 48 hours (2 working days) to validate it and 24h to make it effective.

Please, get back to me once you have received the payment in your account.

With the latest refusal from a Canadian bank, slotsmillion (my withdrawal) was charged $75 fee. But they told me they will cover it. Very nice of them to do that.

I told one of the support guys not to send my withdrawal to my new bank because it got refused with trada. But I think Simon forgot to tell them. So if it did get sent...another charge against slotsmillion :(

Ecopayz is my last hope. I think

Must be nice. I found out about the changes from Trada. Then PC and Scotia refusing me. Im not running around opening up accounts every where. So hopefully ecopayz works.

I wouldnt be on edge if I were you. Seems like you have a great relationship with your bank.

Ecopayz works like a charm! This and Instadebit are the only way to go for us Canadians. Withdrawal fees at Ecopayz are steep so I usually use my card for POS purchases rather then withdraw but you have such a large amount you are withdrawing that I don't think you will mind paying the withdrawal fees -- especially after waiting for such a long time for this money.
 
So I had a similar issue with VideoSlots but different I guess.... now I have random duplicate charges coming out from my bank account tagged Slotsmillions, as far as I can see these are duplicating transactions 3-4 days later, but with a strange transaction code attached after it on my bank statement. When I use Visa Debit its instant, show immediately as completed so these are not just delayed posting.
Course they don't show on Slotsmillions end so they don't believe me... I am banging my head against the wall I never know when or if the next one will just randomly come out.

I think this has something to do with a strange screen called PAYMENTIQ that pops up on their site after my purchase with a log in. I just close it cause the money is already showing in my balance. But since this every transaction has duplicated a few days later again...anyone else?? ughh this needs to stop.

Of course, we believe you. That is why we have our Finance Department breaking his brain to find out what happened with that funny transaction with that funny code. As you well said, we have no track on that deposit and that is why we need to collect as much info as possible from your side to help us chase the transaction. Support has sent you several emails requesting you some additional info and they will give you call in 30 minutes.

Is there no failsafe, or proper monitoring going on with your processors?, last night again another transaction came out bringing the total to just over $248 since Saturday, ridiculous, why is it always the player thats screwed or put at a dissadvantage, if I stole money from your casino i would be banned and in jail, but you just keep taking from me. I have to set up all new bank with everyone change my payrol, direct deposits etc because...well your working on it. BS.

Watch your transaction and statements closley people who play there is my warning.

My wish is to play at safe reliable casino that doesn't have problems that steals money from people, so far i have failed twice at this. But its now in my banks hands since you have control of what happens with your processors.

And yesterday my banks fraud division drilled me with a hundred questions and in the end still said they are definatly completed transactions and the funds have been allocated to them(you). So i give up, your both telling opposite things, keep the money who ever has it, im done with this. Close my account with your casino then, gambling is suppose to be fun entertainment, not a stressful fraud investigation.

It seems that you already had a similar problem with VideoSlots. Are you sure that is not your bank the one retaining the funds? Please, mind that some Canadian banks can be restrictive when the transaction is done for gaming purposes.

Looking forward to receive your permission to post the answer we have from EPC.

Actually the rep is quite correct. Just ask Jazzy about the rejections on her withdrawals from the bank. I do not think the blame lies with Slotsmillion. I have had this issue as well. Sometimes the transaction gets blocked before it even hits your bank. For example, with PC Financial the transaction will be blocked by CIBC so PC Financial has no visibility of the rejection.
