PasteandPay issues @ CW casinos

Since CW changed to processing page at their casinos, I haven't been able to get P&P vouchers to load.

Can't get it to paste voucher number and then it won't take the number if I try to put it in by hand.

Any one else having this issue?

I downloaded new Club World software last week and the Paste and Pay option is no longer available in the cashier section. Many RTG casinos have updated their cashier page recently and there seems to be some issues. Maybe Karolina can comment on this.

I couldn't copy and paste the voucher at Jackpot Capital.

I am also having deposit problems with Jackpot Capital.
The new cashier's page just freezes on any deposit method.

I have been in contact with them, and they indicated that there was a "bug",
and they thought they had fixed it, but it still doesn't work.

I had also uploaded Win 8.1 and I thought that might be part of the problem,
but they are in big hurt if no one can deposit, so I presume they will get it fixed,
when they realize it is still more than one player.

They did say that I could deposit in the Instant Game, but that is a hassle too,
and I told them I would wait.-----still waiting.

Hi All,

We are aware about the copy - paste problem. Instant play works perfectly fine just the downloaded casino version is affected. Saying that you can still use short cut crtl + V in order to paste the voucher. If you are trying to paste from the mouse button there may be a problem. We are trying to resolve this.

@ Nightfly you should have PasteandPay option available in cashier now

If you experience any other problems with the new cashier please let me know.
