The list of allowed countries would only be about half as long. There are some interesting entries in this list: Bouvet Island, Heard and McDonald Islands are uninhabited, I guess you cannot be too careful, they could be occupied by bonus abusers overnight.

Actually breaking news...the McDonald Islands are inhabited.

The McDonald Islands are on the restricted list because of obesity issues.

The authorities have had to take the unusual step of banning citizens from their PC's in the hope they get more exercise.
A local referred to the authorities as, "A bunch of clowns"

You could have done your first 5 posts as one;
