Partycasino: balance stuck ingame for over a week

Hi,
i've been a longterm member of partycasino (over 10 years).
A week ago, after leaving a slot machine, i noticed my money didn't
show up - either in the main balance or ingame.
I have contacted customer support short of a dozen times.
Last time was yesterday, and as per usual i was relegated to give
them time til tomorrow.
As of yet my balance has still not been restored.
I wait til the day is done and then I think i will close my account there.
It's not about much money, but that's not the point.
I'm really disappointed by them and cannot understand how they are
not able to retrieve my money for more than a week!

Any ideas? I think this is quite the shame

They take the commission from inactive accounts (pp or $)

Well, I don't know.
My account is not inactive as such.
It's just that I still have not been credited the money i checked out
with (on that slot).

It's also not much,really.

Ok, it's still not resolved.
I got to hear the same "case gets escalated to ... department" bullshit I heard
a dozen times before.
If I don't have my money by tomorrow I will be closing this account.

I only had this account for close to 15 years,.


Well, there's other casinos willing to take my money ...

edit: Oh, I've just noticed partycasino is already listed as rouge.

The, at least it wasn't even 10 Euro.
Perhaps it's a good thing after all, making me aware they ARE scammers!

I just did a last balance check , wihtout any hope of it being restored,
basicaly I just wanted to close shop (close my account).

Balance is there

I don't think they did this intentionally, still having to wait for money stuck ingame
for more than a few seconds is just agony.

Don't they know we are all addicts chasingi the big win?
We don't want to be interrupted...

Not the first time I heard of this happening at party. Though I wouldn't call them 'scammers'. Though they could handle it better (and quicker)

I had this once on Kronos at PC, the bonus triggered and it wouldnt let me play it, they eventully freed the balance after two days, the stuck spin was simply deleted and I lost my bonus game.
