First withdrawal at Party Casino. Not too impressed with the lack of communication or action.

Withdrawal via bank transfer was the option taken. On Wednesday evening 29.3.17 and its still not even processed. Status is 'pending' with a revert tab still on it 4 days later. When asked they said that once it goes from pending to processed it will take a further 3 days to reach me. And it wont be processed till late Monday at the earliest.

Can anyone advise me if this is normal with them? I dont think I will be frequenting their services of this is the length of time it takes.

Once it is processed, never go near the place again. 72-hours pending (and reversible of course) is planet Rogue with a capital "R", no matter who they are licensed by and how reputable they may be. Absolute disgrace.

Its normal, I've had pending for 5 days before, but sometimes (very rarely) they are instant with no pending time, no idea why.

Reversed a £150 cashout and played a bit.

Lowest point was £130 now cashing out £700

Thats what they get for taking too long

You could get them quick some times. I was angry and upset more than 1 year ago when i manage withdrawal again. I though i would had to wait 3 days then more days. But withdrawal to my neteller arrived 2 days later so not to bad really. I think to remember i had couple within 24 hours as well. So just hang in there now you done well don't do any more reversible and 100% they reset time not like 32red :)

I'm pretty sure it depends on the particular day of the week and the time of day you request your withdrawal. As mentioned, sometimes instantly approved and sometimes takes up to 3 days for approval. A short and polite email, just to ask what's happening with it usually helps :)

Clearly the terms are wrong.

I emailed asking for clarification last night as my 2nd withdrawal ia about to reach the 3 day mark.

I ubderstand they say it CAN take up to 3 days. But twice now it has taken the full 3 days.

They emailed me back and said they "aim" to process the withdrawal within 3days but it can take up to 10days.

I find it beggars belief that it can take 10days. And even worse is that they offer this method as "fast bank withdrawal"

Imo fast should be changed to snail.

10 DAYS??? Jesus wept

Party Casino aren't exactly a new establishment, they should be able to pay out winnings promptly for God's sake.

They dont bother answering emails. Must go through them once a day maybe.

This is par for the course for my withdrawals at Party as well. Both times I withdrew took me over 5 days of (withdrawal pending). Always so coincidentally, after the 5th day, I would contact live support and my withdrawal status would be processed in the next 12 hours. I'm not sure if they are delaying the cashout on purpose, hoping that people might reverse the deposit, or if they are just slow.

Either way, it's highly annoying to have to wait 5-7 days (for a "pending" withdrawal) + 24h processing (to deposit into my e-wallet) just to get my money.

I'm currently looking for accredited casinos that offer quick cashouts, if anyone has any recommendations!

I withdrew once and haven't logged in since. Was about 7 days I think.

They call it it a 3 day account review when you withdraw. More like 3 days so you reverse it and lose lol

It would be quicker to walk to there offices from Yorkshire than there current procedure.

Videoslots? MrGreen?

I like to play on the live casino most of the time.

I was going to try those options. But a look at Mr.Green website states that some deposit options are charged 2.5%, I don't really want to pay for the "pleasure" of gambling my money.

As for videoslots, I didn't signup because their front page only lists slots, and their "live casino" is only visible after you have signed up on their site (which I find quite weird). Just by the name though, it seems that they concentrate on slots, which I'm not really a huge fan of anyway.

Ah right, sorry, didn't realise it was live casino you were looking for. Sure others will have better knowledge on that than me, but Betfair possibly?
