I have over a regular period lost tens of thousands of Euros to this casino. Finally built credit up to 40,000 Euros and definately havent broken any rules, such as the rediculous 30% of bonus rule etc.
I tried to withdraw just 2,000 after their so called VIP rep Katie phoned me to say they couldnt do a larger amount as "they had payout issues and could not DO more than 2k". So waited ages for 2k then got message saying there was "irregular betting patterns" and couldnt pay out plus they stole my 40,000 Euros and credit now just 100 Euros!!
I havent broken any rule, we all know they have cheated me and expect me just to go away (wont happen).
Obviously tried lots of times to speak to them but guess what, they ignore all contact.

Oh dear. From my scam casInos page, soUrced from here at CM:

Affpower online scam casinos include: cosmikcasino (now going under the name ‘cashpot casino’), atlanticclub casino.

Affpower online scam casinos also: Euromooncasino, deuceclub, osiriscasino. Parklanecasino, oceanbets, magikcasino. Crazycasinoclub, slots500, ramsesgold. Casinobordeaux, casinotriomphe. Scam affiliate programs: casinopartners365, aff247.

Fake/stolen Netent games were on the above sites, numerous warnings too.

You haven't a hope of getting anything they are straightforward criminal scam sites. Unfortunately your post demonstrates just how lucrative this fraud can be for them. Not licensed anywhere like the UK to take European players and probably Cup-o-cocoa or Costa Rica 'license' which is worth less than the shit on your shoes.

You have one chance and one only - IF you have paid by credit card or debit card you can try and charge back as you were paying a fraudulent outfit for which we here can provide proof if needs be (you can't PAB as they are criminals and not legitimate) BUT Max may help you in a different way if you ask, along the lines mentioned. These scum have money as their lifeblood, it needs to be cut off.

If you have paid by other means like a webwallet it will be harder as the terms will always be 'we are middlemen' but they should not facilitate payments to fraudulent websites.

If the payment method won't refund you and have a UK address try using the Court System.

P.S. This shows you their greed too - if I ran a scam casino and you had lost 10's of K Euros I would happily pay a quick 2k instalment to keep you coming back. It seems they're too thick even to run a scam well. They'd rather keep a paltry 2k than groom you for more.

I assume this is one instance where a chargeback can be done. This is what I suggest. As Dunover said this is fraud and thats when chargebacks are done. So do them.

Sorry to hear your story, sounds like you had a great streak building up your balance then given the run-around and ultimately a made up excuse not to pay you.

If it is any consolation the members here can recommend some good sites to play :D

This should be reported to the UKGC, not that they can do much to retrieve the money scammed from you, but it will at least provide them with intelligence about criminal outfits flouting the UK regulations to scam UK players. Might be worth passing this to the CMA as well, an example of something else that needs to be addressed, players not getting paid due to complex terms from casinos that shouldn't even be taking the bets.

It may well be possible to get somewhere with the legal system because it seems quite a few of these rogues use a UK holding company. We saw this initially with Pamper Casino, who quickly took the information down when they were called out on it with accompanying photo of the address they were using from Google street view.
