Well... even though I emailed them about it, I'm still not sure of all of the T&C. Required deposit, etc. I have only signed up and played for 'fun', blowing through my $2000 or whatever fun money rather quickly.

Readers, this is a player specific email offer, but I'm posting it here purely for information's sake. Please note, there is no link to their website or a T&C page anywhere in either of their emails.

Soooo.... maybe I'm dense, and my psychic ability is failing, but I still don't know much more than I did before I sent them an email. Did I ask the wrong question? Was I too vague?

Way i see it is you deposit $100, get $300 extra and have to wager 10x the two on slots/keno before you cashout. At least thats how it reads.

I found the details (I think, lol). Deposit $50 and get $150 bonus ($200 total). Wager D+B x 20 before cashout. Did not say it was sticky or phantom so i assume you keep the bonus but i would clarify that with CS. Not a bad deal these days. That is if you keep the bonus.

Man this thread got big

Thanks for all the replies everyone:thumbsup:

Ive decieded not to deposit just yet and hold out just a bit more, something seems kind of fishy here.
Would they have payed if there was no thread on this forum?
Would even half of these members even have heard of this casino if this thread was not here.
The casino got a sweet deal here, I have been taking a break from slots as of late and playing more cards, but right when I get slots fever Ill tell you how I do here...

Thanks again everyone...

Sorry i didn't saw answer to my question - anywhere:

So once again: how did you find this place?!

Off topc - I don't like their CS, otherwise this group is "ok"

Promotions at Rival Powered Casinos

Hello All,

The Rival software was specifically designed to make playing with promotions easy, and to ensure that each player sees the terms before accepting any promotions. This particular promotion was sent out only to a few select players, which is why it wasn't listed on the website. To see what promotions are available to you, log into your account and open up the cashier. The promotions are displayed on the right hand side.

Terms for promotions are displayed in the casino cashier when the player clicks on the promotion to claim it. The player can then review the terms and conditions and then claim the promotion if they so wish (please make sure to claim before depositing in order to instantly receive your bonus)!

In addition, the promotion terms and conditions for a bonus are "locked" after a player has deposited for a promotion that they have claimed. There are many threads on here and other message boards that discuss how casinos have sometimes unfairly changed the terms retroactively. Rival Software stores the terms and conditions for each promotion when a user activates it on the Rival gaming servers. This protects Rival players from retroactive changes to promotions and ensures all Rival licensees issue responsible bonuses.

I hope this clarifies how promotions work at Rival Powered casinos.

Cheers,

Rob

Thats a good idea. Maybe it could also email a copy to the player Rob?

No - InfoPowa does not need or have a website. This is one of our clients who, I might add is very fast and efficient in spreading the word on industry happenings.

This seems to me to be something players have been asking for - especially the opening paragraph so kudos to Rival for putting it into effect.

Still no response to our questions to Justin Kelly though....

Hey Alex -

Thanks for keeping an eye out on things. As Jetset has mentioned, this is a good client of his, whom I also personally know.

Obviously, we all appreciate it when we are alerted to possible scraping and violation of intellectual property rights - definitely a hot issue at the moment :)

Sorry for the out of subject newbie question but what is InfoPowa and why doesn't it need or have a website ?
I've seen this for example but I still don't understand:
Is it a kind of gambling news service sold to affiliates ?

Gambling.com today sent a mailer promoting This Is Vegas - another member of this group.

This worries me, as the platform clearly is not stable yet. Not only that, I find that I can't even log in... and when waiting to log in, I can't do anything without doing an Alt-Tab and then the three-fingered salute to kill the casino process.

I got that email today also. I played the games in "fun" mode and I kept getting errors. When i entered one of the bonus rounds in "As the reels turn" it wouldnt let me click on anything. I exited the bonus and it let me try again. Still nothing. I exited to the lobby and when I went back to the game the bonus symbols were still there but my only option was to spin. If I had been playing for real money i would have had a fit!

Rival Powered

Hello all,

Thank you for your suggestions concerning the enhancement of our terms and conditions presentation, I will forward them to our software development team.

I should have also mentioned that at any point while playing with a promotion, you may enter the cashier and click on the promotion name highlighted as "Now Playing". The terms and conditions are displayed, as well as an indicator as to whether or not the terms have been met in order to cash-out.

Regarding the issues some players have encountered, as you all know it's very difficult, if not impossible, to release software that will work 100% correctly on everyone's computer. A quick peek at some other threads here show that a recent update to another software is causing significant problems for several players. That's not to say their software is not of high quality, but simply shows how difficult it is to ensure software works smoothly on the multitude of PC configurations available. If you encounter issues, the fastest way to get going is to contact the customer service staff who will be pleased to help.

We are fully committed to working with players and responding to your comments, complaints, compliments and suggestions. This is the best mechanism by which to ensure that we accomplish our goal of making every Rival licensed property one which reflects the desires of the player community.

Ballysdb, please contact customer service with your account information, and I will personally look at your case.

Cheers,

Rob

Just to let everyone know, Rob has sent me a personal message. He wanted me to explain exactly what happened even though it was in fun mode. It's nice to see someone so committed to customer service.

i guess I accidentally enlarged one of my faxback documents and that was the cause of my e-mail problems. their faxback e-mail is working fine.

that's a great thing about netspend. i don't stress so much about having to scan both sides of that card. of course the gift cards are even safer, but then I guess some casino might complain because your name isn't on the card.

i did also add my casino id name to each scanned document.

I've never had a problem when blotting out the CVV on the back of the card. I won't send it through email. Is that what you meant by stressed?
