Is anybody waiting to be paid by Pantasia casino at the moment?
I made a withdrawal on the 17th of April and still they haven't paid. In chat they continue saying that they have problems with their payment system.
Anybody received the same message by Pantasia?

I don't know whether anybody is still waiting of payments but their statements saying that it should all complete later this week and hopefully all the processor problems solved then.

I'm currently waiting from Davincis (16th/19th).

Let's see what's happen at the end of the week :rolleyes:

No siilix that's not the case they had unfortunately massiv processor problems (not at SlotosCash-use another processor) and the US Players must wait surely still a longer time as normal.

I'm sure they pay but it will take a longer time at the moment and should fixed this week ;)

John, you should really send these other Rival casinos an invoice for your time spent doing their job. :thumbsup:

John is always as good as his word but the issue here is whether these are lingering problems that should have been settled by now. Otherwise, though it's nice to know that outstanding cashouts will be paid, we may then be looking at a fresh load of pending withdrawals.

I have been paid from the 16th but not still from the 19th.

Let's see what the next pending cash-outs will make.

For the rivals to be held as well in our thoughts as they have been lately they need to get this payout problems fixed, they all continuously have "processor" problems whenever it's cashout time,but never at the recieving time amazing

I got one cashout from Mayan which was on March 18th. I'm still waiting for Paradise 8 (March 20th) and Superior (March 23rd).

I thought that all of the withdrawals had been paid. What do they tell you when you ask about them? Crap, what a mess!!! :eek:

I cashed out yesterday from DavincisGold and they told me that 'all cashouts are back to normal now'. However, they did state that no cashouts are processed on the weekend - I have to say this is a bone of contention I have with many online casinos. There are many groups that payout 7 days a week, and given they are open 24/7 for deposits etc then the same should apply for payouts. In fact, Rival casinos used to payout every day but now only Mon-Fri, which is odd given they are up to 6 weeks behind in some cases!! The delays have been happening since beginning of March, and by not having accounts staff on weekends they have lost 16 days worth of processing time, which means many players who have just been paid may have been paid weeks earlier.....it contradicts Rivals' statement that they are 'doing everything possible to have all cashouts paid quickly'.....only sending out payments 5 days a week isnt 'everything possible' IMO.

I just hope Rival learns something from this debacle, and compensates those players who have been badly affected.

Sloto'cash is still paying and are very fast. The one I made last week was paid 6 hours and they do pay on weekends. But they have a different processor than all the rest of them.

I'm afraid that if I had a withdrawal pending for this long, I would be their worst nightmare. I am not a patient person and this situation has gone on way to long. They could have sent a paper check and it would have gotten here before this.
