Last night i was playing jack hammer slot
I got the feature of 20 free spins.during that session
I hit 11 free spin symbols giving me 200 plus more frees spins.
I was sitting at 3000 euros winnings so far and 177 spins left to go.

with many spins i didn’t need to touch the start button
Which i gather logged me out due to inactivity
As the message on my screen said we have logged you out
i logged right back in to casino and started Jack hammer again and it just sits there with a green bar frozen .
and 16 hours later still teh game sits in a crashed state.

The Casino is Atlantic casino You must register/login in order to see the link. and to be fair they seem ok.
But 16 hours on i still have no resolution to the problem.
They say they have contacted the IT support but nothing still.

panicking,as i think there going to do somthign like void it which would be very wrong.

Jack Hammer should give only 30 spins if you hit that many freespin symbols, Jack Hammer 2 would give 20 spins for the same amount so obviously there's something wrong in this.

Don't want to scare you as a game freeze could be a technical problem and should be resolved by Netent in 1-2 days max.

    However, about Atlantic City:

    - Owned by Game Tech Group N.V.
    - Also owns Parklane, Euromoon, Casino Thriomphe
    - Licensed in Curacao - might just as well be on the moon
    - Lots of complaints about their casinos.

Hope it will be a better outcome in your case.

You are right, completely misread the OP.

200 spins for 11 symbols - NO WAY. Curious how this one is going to end as it looks like a game malfunction and we know what casinos do when that happens. :eek2:

11 free spins symbols gives 30 free spins - so if you got 200, there is a technical problem and the game will probably be voided.

As others have said way to many free spins for what this game should give. It is a malfunction then usually all bets are void as it should not have paid it out in the first place.
But seeing as it is Netent they will fully check the game logs to see exactly what the issue was.

Like people said previously tho mate. It must have been a glitch in the game for you to get that many spins. So it has probably voided.

if you really did get 200+ freespins, then you're just going to have to take this on the chin as horrible as that sounds. It's about as clear a machine mis-function as you're going to get.

What's doubly frustrating is that you seemed to have won a decent amount within the correct number of spins. A decent outfit might be sympathetic about that and offer you something. These people sadly don't look the type!

    probably is the case.
I wonder what would have happened if i pressed some keys during the session to keep it active . instead of sitting back and thinking i hit big.

Maybe the casino would have seen this big win and looked at it. Cause if you had already won 3000 euros with loads more spins to go probably would have been 10k easy.

Speak with them though and see if they can arrange as its not an error on you're part.

Probably won't get nothing like but worth a try.

    Software malfunction :laugh::laugh::laugh:
My car can malfunction, my stomach can malfunction, my brain can malfunction, a program CANNOT. And even if it does, a programmer (not necessarily a good one) adds redundancy, error protection, digital signatures and provably fair environment etc, but someone who fucks you and takes your money in the name of entertainment does not.

The Great Scam business goes on... i shall not say more.

Not a scam when games malfunction from reputable gaming providers such as Netent / Mg / Wms / PAG / ect

For sure not nice when it happens but from time to time it does happen. If you think the gaming industry is rigged then dont ever deposit.

I am sure the OP will get his deposits back - if it was a malfunction. And yes programs can and do malfunction, stop working, fail, even with fail safes built in.
Sites go down, back end systems fail, data bases crash. It happens but does not always mean there is foul play.

and checking through some of your past posts it seems many of them are moaning about things being rigged / bent games and so forth. If you honestly dont trust the casinos
you play at - then find another pass time. I know if I felt as strongly as you that things were not fair or were "rigged" I would never deposit another £ again ever.

I had a malfunction occur at a casino last week. I played one game at 80 cents but was being deducted $5. Sometimes without even spinning. My balance was draining as I was just staring at it.

When I contacted Cs. They said I was playing a game at $5 a spin. Which when I looked at the logs that's what it said. However when they investigated it further it was due to a software malfunction. Now all those games from that provider are no longer available at the casino until further notice.

So it works both ways. Malfunctions can give you lots of money and take away lots of money. Gratefully the casino in question is very reputable and returned my money.

Nope, that is not the case here. Your session was active and the interruption is due to the malfunction.

E.g I put DOA on 1000 spins and let it run by itself (doing my work at the same time), which is roughly 1.5hrs where i don't touch a thing on the slot unless i get the 5 Extra Spins in the bonus round as you have to press "start" to play those out. Until now, i have never been disconnected because of "inactivity".

Your game malfunctioned and i suppose that is the reason why it logged you out.

ACC has this in their T&C's:

panic over a game session of Jack hammer Atlantic casino: Capture 405.PNG,Apr 4, 2016

But to add to Steviedoo's statement, i had a few weeks ago a malfunction on MG's TII where i would get the free spins, start them and on the first winning spin it would freeze and i would have to reload the game but the win from that spin was not added. Happened on 2 consecutive bonus rounds. This was at Next, Eric took care of it and in less than 12 hours I had those funds in my account.

What i am trying to say is, that every spin, every result is logged and they will be able to see what happened. Getting 200FS with 11 symbols on JH is clearly a malfunction and they will probably void the winnings. What you could argue though is to credit you the winnings up to spin 177 when you got disconnected as that was still within 30 spins what the game would have normally given you for the 11 symbols, hence it did not pay any winnings on the wrongly given "additional 170 spins".

EDIT: In fact Netent should re-instate the game for you with the accrued winnings up to the disconnection and you should have 7 free spins left on the counter.

Malfunction is a clause only a casino would think up.

Recently a woman in Australia was playing a pokie machine (slot machine) at a local club. She was betting $1.50 a spin, got the free spins and won $180,000. Not a jackpot as such but just a free spin win. Theoretically impossible due to the bet size. There is also a $10k limit on winnings per spin in those gambling venues. Club claimed malfunction and gave her $320 which is the amount she "should" have won. Its currently at court. The issue being is when exactly did the machine malfunction and if this machine malfunctioned has it been malfunctioning just for this spin, for the last 500 spins or the last 6 months? The club and manufacturer have a faulty product but how long was it faulty for? We all use computers so we know how buggy software is sometimes but the manufacturer (aristocrat) and the club have to accept liability. After all we use their product in good faith.

The same applies to online casino's. They provide a product and it failed. Not the customers fault. They should at the very least give him his winnings up to that point. After all he won the free games but at what point was a malfunction triggered? I doubt not even netent will know.

Its $3000 not 3 million and i think as a good will gesture they should honour it

I'm fairly sure this group doesn't have real Netent games, or any other original games for that matter. I can't be bothered to create an account and try them for fun (which to me is a giveaway, as normally casinos encourage players to try their games before signing up), but my suspicion is that they're using the same copied games as the likes of casinobordeaux etc..
