Pamper casinò doesn't pay my whitdrawal

On March 23 I have took a free coupon of $ 32!
I meet the wagering requirements and I sent the documents for taking $ 32 (max cash out)
Not yet received anything, despite having sent them many e-mail (not responding).
For the first withdrawa, as a terms and conditions, are provided up to 14 working days for cash out.
In chat he have said me that the withdrawal was tried on March 28, then count 14 days I had the money ...
Nothing however, for a ridiculous ammount of $ 32!

If you go to any of the forums that flog free chips, you'll see this casino mentioned a LOT - they hand out free chips like condoms on spring break. I've never played there so I have no idea what the games are like but if you google 'pamper casino complaints' you'll find lots of them.

Today i have contacted chat support, for last time!....then i have sent message to pitt boss and i have wrote it about all opinion negative that i have read in some forum.
Now i look!
If he doen't answer me, i close my account and send to fuck this casinò and the 32 $ :cool:

January 20, After sent it a new mail,i hace received this answer:

"The status of your payout request is pending.

It has already been preapproved by the accounting department and is currently under management review. As soon as there is a status update we will update your ticket.

Whatever happened with you isn't fair,you must checkout first about all this before playing,if you had taken this step earlier it would be better for yours.
