    I've had my account closed and really need some help from the PP Rep. I messaged, but they've not been on for nearly 10 days. I don't know what to do.

    You rarely hear complaints about them, How long ago did you message, & also do you know the reason why its been closed?

    Originally they said multiple accounts which I don't have, and now it's bonus abuse, but I only use offers as they email them to me.

It's not as daunting as it looks and the FAQ does detail what you can expect from us and what we expect from you throughout the PAB process. Submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

    I should add that your accusations are rather serious so we'd expect you to stand behind your claims and provide whatever proof is necessary to verify yourself and your story. The PAB process is private so our discussions regarding your case would not be available for public viewing. If you choose not to go the PAB route then we'll have to dig into your story here on the forums and that can get rather messy.

    i always have to wonder...

    how a bonus - connected to enormous wagering reqs can be abused. ;-)

    imo these wr bonusses are designed to raise the chance of losing your deposit enormously. that´s why e. g. i reduced using bonus offers.

    in the best case if using a bonus: you hit big and the winnings get seriously decimated from chasing wr before you can request a cashout.

    to extend playtime before busting bonus is a good thing, though. :cool:

    I have been doing a bit of Branding training in work.

    Paddy Power come out tops in dealing with customer complaints believe it or not.

    I only play there a little but find them to be very fair and they have always replied to me ASAP.
