Few lines just to mention the excellent level of Service provided by Denise (PP Casino Rep here on CM) and Hugh (PP Games operations Executive).
I recently faced quite a serious technical issue, before opening a PAB I tried to contact them with the aim to solution the matter.... "smoothly", and I must admit they REALLY went immediately into the problem, and we had a happy ending.
More in general I can tell you I am a frequent player on this website and so far I consider their attitude on the same level of 32red: top excellence.
And -believe me- I am writing this post when facing an awful bad streak on PPGames. Variance is variance, but good service is Good Service.
