Paddy Power can close your account anytime it wishes. Paddy Power also can eat your money too.

Inside their terms and conditions, it clearly states:
"6.5 Paddy Power reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at
any time, either *with or without cause.."*

I also receive e-mail confirming the validity of this clause.

My account is being suspended indefinitely by Paddy Power, so does my money.

I submitted all the documents they need, but they processing time is indefinite.

I also already write letter to daily mail and guardian.

They might cover this story soon.

I hope this thread can be a gathering point for the people scammed by Paddy Power.

If our numbers are big enough, we can consider taking class action against Paddy Power.
 
Today I receive email from paddy power informing me that my account is active again.

The time taken to make my account active again is way more than the 48 hours paddy power promised me after I submitted all the necessary documents.

I write to the UK gambling commission.

I write to the guardian and daily mail.

Paddy power didn't give a shit at all. They have standardized reply. they always say they are checking out this or that.

Then I inform them I will make complaint to Malta Gaming Authority to make their license renewal harder. (by paying more money to facilitate the renewal)

They unlock my account.

I have a question, paddy power like to be treated in a harsh way, then it only has satisfaction?
They cannot treat the client nice, and let the client treat them nice in return at first place?

I may be wrong but i do'nt think daily mail can help you with this matter .

Next time you got trouble , contact Bryan or one of his staff ( Maxd ) . this may not be such a bad start to deal with it.
they may be able to get you out of darkness and show you the light.

I'm not familiar with this casino, but this could be a human error ( one of their staff ).
