A great job, much appreciated x

Where do you find the time to deal with so many?????

Regarding the article itself, i particularly agree with paragraph 5 regarding your praise for the UKGC. Well said!

Although many people misinterpret/misunderstand their latest actions, passing on stories 2nd hand and 3rd hand, it is good to live in a country where those in charge try to seek fair ways for us to continue to play rather than passing a law banning online gaming.

Keep up the amazing work x

Great stuff as usual

The only thing which seems to be missing, is links to the actual detail for each month...
I'm sure that in the past we could view each PAB in more detail: i.e. The casino involved and the outcome.
Maybe that's still WIP...?

Yeah, as you've guessed and Bryan confirmed, very much a WIP (Work In Progress). TBH the volume of complaints last year -- not to mention me taking a serious dirt dive on my mountain bike last summer and busting the shit out of my wrist -- had us back-footed in terms of the detailed monthly reports. We're working on them and will get them done, but they're obviously gonna come a little after the fact. Our new system aims to address some of that monthly reporting but that's a feature for another day.

Hey Max, just want to let you know that most of us here really appreciate what you do even though many of us dont go through the PAB process. You have put in the work to help people financially which is incredibly important and meaningful to alot of people.

I personally went through the PAB process years ago and you guys helped me but I can assure people say to themselves, thank god Max is here helping these people, alot. And you can bet if I was anywhere near your country, I would buy you dinner and some beers. Great job!

Yes, I second the sentiments in this thread. Numerous players have got their money where before they despaired of ever seeing it. These cases are often protracted and difficult yet behind the scenes much work, often frustrating, is done. I'd buy Max a beer Tuesday, but Bryan's beat me to it..:lolup:

Is there still a way to look at each PAB submitted? I remember I used to be able to look at them month by month but did not see a link when I looked today. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

We hope to have that up sometime in the near future. This got lost in the shuffle between relaunches and has been on a to-do list. Ask @maxd :D
