hi i just wanted to let anyone who plays at lucky red casino to take a look at their bank statement or card statement.

just the other day i was looking at my card statement and noticed that i was being overcharged by lucky red casino. there were maybe four to five of them.

they were for just maybe 15 to 25 cents over but still these add up after a while and i really don,t know how long this had been going on.

i do keep an eye on what clears on my card but i guess i need to do better.

i did e-mail them and they told me to e-mail them my statement with these charges and they would look at them and if i was right and i was being overcharged then

they would put the diffance into my casino account which they did.

but i again deposited into my account tonight and went and looked at the charge and it was 21 cents over again so i e-mailed them and ask that they please close my

account as i would not keep playing at a casino that was going to keep overchargeing me.

and i just wanted to let you all know that maybe you need to look at your statements and make sure you were not overcharged.

Hello Katherine,

How are you?

Regarding these deposits, what I would suggest that you send in a bank statement too show the charges that was more then what we stated on the billing section.

Please outline the charges and the cashier can reimburse these onto your account for the extra amount you have been charged.

If you are having any difficulties or require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team, who is available 24/7.

Kind Regards

Natasha
