    Betsoft site only it seems...
It offers incentives of 15% extra bonus to non-chargeback-able deposit methods like Skrill/Neteller/UKcash - this always worries me when I see it.

    Beware w/d terms too:4

    (i) Withdrawal requests will be limited to a minimum of €100 per withdrawal request.
Any request lower than this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to the player's balance. A player may then place a new withdrawal request in line with this limit.
    ◦ (ii) Withdrawal requests will be limited to a maximum of €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. These withdrawal limits apply to all winnings, including Jackpot and Jackpot Progressive winnings.
Any requests exceeded this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to the player's balance. A player may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.
    ◦ (iii) Conan Gaming reserves the right to decline withdrawal request if after a period of 5 working days documentation has not been provided in full. Funds will be returned to the player's balance.

77.Conan Gaming maintains a target of five (5) working days for the processing of payouts but does not hold itself liable for a specific period of time in this regard. In the event that a Client has increased his Account balance in his Account by sending a fax copy of the transfer receipt related to a postal money order or bank transfer, the date shown on the receipt must coincide with the payment date into the Conan Gaming bank account otherwise it shall not be possible to withdraw any wins.

Dam you're good Dunover! Thanks for the investigative reply :) Very helpful! Safe to say they won't be getting a dime from me with rules like that! I have an account with Cosmik but have always been reluctant to deposit there. :)

Oight, keep it clean, no swearing here please! Cosmik Casino indeed - dirty words!!!

Couple of years on and I still hate them for forfeiting £400 from me. Argued with them, went through all the correct channels and then they slightly amend their T&C's to ensure they were in the right! Disgusted by their attitude to players who win. I also note on Ask Gamblers that others picked up on their T&C's change after forfeiting funds.

    lol @ me

I gave it a try - deposited 100 received 400€ + 15 € (wich appearently comes additionally when using skrill) - i managed to win 1815 € after meeting the WR - today i checked my emails and found the following message:

    Hello xxxx,

In the course of our regular review procedure before payment applications , we have found that the conditions of this bonus , which you have received , have not been respected .
The bonus conditions prohibit placing single inserts that are 30% or more than the value of the bonus, which was credited to the account before the requirements were met at the stake for this bonus . ( You can view the bonus conditions by clicking on " bonus conditions " at the bottom of our website . )

Your withdrawal request was therefore canceled and the profits away .

For questions or queries, please reply to this email or contact our customer service via Live Chat .

    With kind regards,
    The verification team

I thought okay i was ready to get scammed but this is interesting since i never bet anything close to 90 € (30 % of 315) - as said max bet was 10 € (only for a few spins , avg bet maybe was ~6 €).

I went to live chat (please enjoy - i must say that at the end i started arguing a bit to heavy maybe since i really got upset a little - as said i expected to get scammed but since this is just such a cheap trick - i beg the audiences pardon for that behaviour - enjoy the "solution" of this case^^):

hi , i received an email today stating that my winnings were cancelled because i bet more than 30 % of the bonus
(wich was 300 €) in a single round - this cant be true - the largest bet i made was 10 € so i dont really understand whats going on ?

    Anna
as I see you received 15% bonus from Skrill

    xxxxxxxxxxxx:
    no i received 315 € bonus

    Anna
yes 300% automatic bonus from us and 15% more from skrill

    xxxxxxxxxx:
    so thats 315 % bonus
    no ?

    Anna
yes but the 15% was given in separate

    xxxxxxxxxxxxx:
i never claimed that bonus btw.

    Anna
300% from us and 15 extra from skrill

    Me:
yes so i started playing with 415 €
so for me thats a 315 € bonus
or could i have withdrawn anytime before clearing the full wagering requirements ?

    Anna
on the terms it stated that there is an automatic bonus if you deposit with certain payment methods
    Me:
could i have withdrawn anytime before clearing the full wagering requirements ?

    Anna
no, that does not mean that. that means the 30% rule is 30% of the 15% bonus

    Me:
BUT i received 315 € bonus in total
how can this rule not apply to that amount ?

    Anna
because this bonus given separately from the 300%

    Me:
    are you serious ?!
because of the 15 € you put in my account all winnings are void ?
i could not cash out before wagering the full 315 € long enough
    so my money was bound
    untill that point

also since i received the 300 € first

    Anna
I understand your frustration. I'm explaining the reason this happened. the finance department make this decisions and they are strict about the terms. I will advise you to contact your personal account manager via mail This email is not visible to you.

    Me:
all winnnings until then 300 € bonus is wagered are VALID

I read this and had to go in and ask support about it. He really didn't want to give me any answers. I wonder why:D

Anyway I told him about this thread so who knows if they will see what they are doing to themselves.
They should of course pay. Trapping people in with a tiny automatic bonus isn't nice. It seems like it's there only for that purpose.

    Such a dirty trick that.

After my run in with Cosmik Casino, I went through channels on the Ask Gamblers site (before I was aware of Casinomeister) and noticed one thread where someone had deposited a few hundred, took a bonus and adhered to the WR and 30% max bet rule. He/she was lucky enough to clear the WR and have a very large amount to withdraw (over EUR20,000 if memory serves me correct), but during the course of playing, the casino had discretely added a EUR10 welcome bonus to his playing balance - which was not noticed due to the amount he had as a balance. Goes to withdraw, only to see the whole lot forfeited after many hours of play and under the knowledge all rules were abided by. That did not end too well for the player!

Horrid tactics - adding a tiny bonus to a much larger deposit/bonus with the simple view to forfeit winnings as there was a breach to the T&C's labelled as 'irregular play'.

Hi users, forget the bonus rules

I'm on legal actions against this not only scam holding (Conan Gaming), but also fraudulent one.
They have ugly hidden and covered a clear FRAUDULENT clause over your own money (not speaking about bonuses)
This clause is protected not only by the Maltese Gaming Authority but also by most webs like AskGamblers.
Clause itself, which is present in Euromoon, Osiris, Parklane or whatever other crap this robbers decide to open, states:

    Fraudulent Activity and Irregular Play
    102. Conan Gaming has a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. If, in Conan Gaming’s sole determination, the Client is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Conan Gaming or any other Client of any of the Games in any way including, but not limited to, game manipulation or payment fraud, or if Conan Gaming suspects the Client of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), Conan Gaming reserves the right to suspend and/or close the Account and to share this information (together with the Client’s identity) to other online gaming internet sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate third parties
    103. Conan Gaming reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:
o Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that bonus having been met.
o Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit.
o Using the double-up feature to increase bet values.
“Total bets” is defined as the sum of individual bets (lines, chips, hands, etc.) within a round, i.e., the total bet amount when clicking the “spin” or “play” or equivalent button.

So if we attend to clause 103.2, the limit of your bets (that of course is not informed or automatically limited while you are betting), is established by your LAST deposit. It means that you might have deposited 1.000 € of your OWN MONEY (with no bonuses), then make a further deposit of 20 €. Make 10 € bets until you reach a 2.000 € balance, ask for a withdraw, and since you have surpassed the 6 € (30 % of 20 €) limit bet with your 10 € wages, then they confiscate ALL YOUR MONEY, including the first 1.000 €.

It is scandalous but it is truth. They have robbed me using this tactic. I strongly recommend to avoid any place owned by Conan Gaming LTD. Please note that this tactic is accepted and approved by the Maltese Gaming Authority, so do not waste your time. The independence of this authority is very questionable.

    Reply to casinokoenig

    Hi casinokoenig,

Do not waste your time, close your account and never enter again in any Conan Gaming Place.
Forget what they tell you on the chat. Most of the times they even don't know what they are telling and sometimes I suspect are trained on the game of "wearing the customer"
Looking at your case, it does not have anything to do with the bonuses. As the clause I posted above states, you deposited 100 €. So your wagering limit was set automatically to 30 €. Only betting once > 30 €, and your money is stolen, forget any reason, it's only because you accepted to be robbed in their T&C, so the knife is yet in your chest.
You clearly bet 90 € so you broke their stinky T&C. Looking at the amount, 100 €, I would let it pass, as the war against them will cost you much more in vital cost.

I hope at least I avoid you a painful disgusting mail war against this "guys"

    Sorry, you are right

My apologies, in fact I understood it wrong. So basically the situation is even worse. You deposited 100 €, and your maximum wage performed was 10 €.
They base the confiscation on the 30 % wage limit over the second bonus received (15 € from Skrill), it means 0,3 x 15 € = 4,5 € maximum bet allowed.
So since you bet 10 € > 4,5 €, they are "allowed" to steal your initial 100 € deposit, not to say all your winnings.

    Am I right now?

It is incredible that this place is not closed by the MGA. Then I read here in this place that the MGA is an honorable authority. I'm sure one day one Maltese casino will write in their T&C that they are allowed to confiscate women or black people winnings because is irregular play, and will be approved by the authorities, as it seems that T&C are bibles not subject to any Law.

    This sucks. My complete understanding.

FYI, this &%@&%& have robbed me around 3.000 € using the same scam dirty tactics but I have moved battle to civil courts.
