IPv6 always has a supporting IPv4 address.

Cant believe thats true.

Go to: whatismyipaddress.com - if you see your IPv6, a string more complex. It always displays an IPv4 as support address.
We always ignore IPv6.

Resolved - Oshi casino confiscated my winings

I personally wouldn't deposit a dime there, Direx NV are generally to be avoided.

ipV4 is rare nowadays as it was basically the forerunner of the more secure 128-bit ipv6 which most use. Basically ipv is a numerical IP or internet address allowing devices to communicate and I have never heard of it being a reason for casino malfunction!

Your ipv4 is the old-style IP like this - 111.222.333.444 and the new one is hexadecimal like: 1111:2222:2222:0:0:0:0:3333

Both ipv4 and 6 co-exist and there should be absolutely NO valid reason for blaming this issue on your ipv4 address!

I switched ipv6 off altogether a while back on my desktop, there is probably a way to disable it on iphone also.

Via command prompt:

netsh interface teredo set state disable

netsh interface 6to4 set state disabled

netsh interface isatap set state disabled

And windows control panel it can be done by going to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center
and clicking on the current active connection then properties then untick the box that says Intenet Protocol Version 6.

I think the question here is WHY would a casino tell you to do this? I have never heard of ipV4 or 6 being a reason for issues loading slots or casino account interfaces before, as surely the protocol in use when joining the casino would remain for play? Now IF the games were quite old, would that affect anything OR could this be anything dodgy?

Hey guys!

Indeed, there is something strange with ipv6 and games not working with it...And there is nothing rogue etc - it is just not working, and you indeed need to switch it to ipv4 in order to launch game.

Why casino team deny your deposits being refunded? Well, it is maybe part of AML procedures(like deposit must be wagered in order to withdraw), but since you can't wager...It makes no sense.

If you PM me your username I will check it tomorrow first hand and make sure your refund processed. Also I sent a message to these guys and hopefully they will be able to
a) Refund you your deposit if you will not solve issue with IP
b) explain to me how you supposed to wager your deposit if you can't :D

@dunover - can you kindly explain to me on examples why Direx N.V. should be avoided? Please, without link to general warning - I'm in contact with Max re this and I've provided help on all complaints.

Seriously, mate, be a little bit more kind and loyal, we did nothing wrong. And since you a moderator it is not that great to see you suggest all customers to avoid brands under our license.

I hope it is does not sound rude or like I'm telling what to do, or do not have opinion about our group of casinos. But you feel free to PM me and ask any questions about how we work, did Curacao license we use really that bad, did they reply on complaints etc etc. I'm open to speak honestly with you and provide you response on any question.

Your casino no doubt is OK or you wouldn't be here representing it. I expressed an opinion that I wouldn't personally deposit at one and I stand by that. Like the FSB /21Bet farce recently you have seen a classic example of a license providing some good and some dodgy operators under the same umbrella.

You only need to search DirexNV in this forum to see an inordinate amount of issues surrounding this license and especially thePOGG's investigation into the group. The Curacao License is virtually worthless as unlike the UKGC and MGA they are toothless and have no cogent player protection infrastructure and have an appalling record or criminal fraud and activity under their so-called jurisdiction.

With all this taken into account I feel that it is generally fair to warn players as the odds are that issues will occur far more often than with other groups. Yes, you may be one of the few good apples in the barrel and cannot be held responsible for the actions of other operators under your license but nevertheless you do use that license with the tarnished name. I cannot help that.

Simply search here for the things I referenced to, and if you want more I'll be only too happy to post it on here. All this isn't really helping the OP though, he just wants his money back and fair play if you can make it happen.

I'm ready to help OP if he will PM me his username. I represent not only Lady Hammer - I can represent any casino of Direx since I'm working at Direx (softswiss). Peeps from LH just asked me to represent them here - which I'm happy to do. Basically - I'm happy to represent any our casino if by this way I can help customers.

@ThePOGG since Dunover quoted you, can kindly confirm that Direx N.V. is responsive on complaints and we do not do anything rogue?

It's not about license mate, really, it is about did license holder care about reputation and players or not. Unfortunately, maybe I missed that time when I really was required to step in, and now I'm getting what I deserve - some people have opinion like yours. But it's okay, time will show :)

Btw, even if you want you will not be able to deposit in our brands - we do not have UKGC license :)

almost 23:00 here, going to sleep now, not easiest working day it was (it's not about this thread ofc). Have a great evening / night everyone, I'm really sorry for derail. Once again - any questions about group - you are welcome to create new thread or just drop me a PM :) I'm not bite :}

I'm referring to the large number of not recommended he has on his Direx NV and associated casinos report page including at least one caught with fake software and numerous with dodgy terms. I am not commenting on how he gets complaints dealt with. There are some decent ones like your Lady Hammer and several poor ones not recommended. So it's advisable players do their homework on DirexNV sites and I believe that to be a fair statement.

ThePOGG has a bit more information on DirexNV than we do at CM in the main (as far as I know) so I trust his judgements. He also has a few DirexNV sites ranked in the 6-7.0 range including yours which means they're OK. This would indicate things are improving from what I saw.

This does however raise the problem of shared licenses with different operators. We have seen this in the UK with 'White Labels' ( or in some cases 'shite labels' !!) such as EM and FSB where you get some dodgy operators and some good ones under the same umbrella. So the trade-off for cost-savings associated with sub-letting licenses is the fact that when one shithole casino appears there the rest can see their reputation suffer too, unfairly, as you inferred above.

Just FYI if you had a UK license I'd almost certainly play at your site. You're one of the good apples and I do understand how difficult it can be when others have tarnished your reputation., but as I said that's sometimes the price paid for shared licenses.

P.S. back to the OP's thread, this is a case in point. At any UKGC site (probably) and any accredited site here or grey zone casino affiliated here, in this instance where the casino has admitted the problem is their end then the player would be refunded via CS straight away when they requested it, or if not their rep would ensure it given the circumstances. Even if that didn't work, a quick word in the ear from Max would have resolved it so the OP could have his session somewhere else when refunded.

So in this case the OP hasn't received a fair or good level of service, which should have showed some flexibility!
I base the above on the pretext that the OP's post is accurate. :)
