    Hello everyone,
    I opened an account with Orchid casino several months ago.
    I made the first deposit of 150$ and lost it.
    Last month I decided I want to make the following two deposits to get the 25% and 50% bonus.
    I lost my second deposit but got lucky at the third, depositing 400$, playing with 200$ bonus and ending with 1,900$.
    After all the regular hassle they gave me (fax form + documents + utility bill in English) they only sent me my deposit back.
    When I tried to log in to the casino I discovered the account is locked.
    here are some highlights from the live chat:

    Yifat (the casino) : the 2nd coupon claimed on the 8th was not valid for yourself, and as such it was removed.

    pensia (Me) : so let me understand, I deposit 400, gets a 200 bonus with the so-called invalid coupon. I play all the wagereing. I finish with 1,900 I get only my deposit back, I finish with 0 I get nothing. is that what you say?

    the casino: yes

    and another nice part:

    pensia: don't you think it's your responsibilty to make sure the system detects whether the coupon is valid or not?

    Yifat: it was a system slip, and it was changed

    pensia: I'm asking you whether I'm to blame for the system slip or maybe the casino has some kind or responsibilty regarding that

    Yifat: there is no one to blame

    pensia: but I have to pay the price by entering a game where losses are paid by me and winnings are taken by the casino, right?

    Yifat: we do apologize for any inconvenite caused

    You see? this is how Orchid casino makes business.

    I filed a montana and I hope they might help me to get my winnings.

    Watch out from that RTG!!!

    Except for maybe Inetbet and Bodog, you would get exactly the same from any other RTG.

    That's why people say to play at other casinos.....

    Personally, if the casino software screws up, the casino should eat the result of that screwup... Odds are that won't happen, but the most they should do is remove the bonus and whatever winnings were derived from that bonus... If it was a matching bonus, they should pay you half of the winnings because they doubled your money. You said you deposited $400 and got $200 so they increased your bank by 33% and would deduct 33% of your winnings.

    You deposited $400 and risked that and they are not paying the winnings? Montana is owned by RTG. Slips were your resposibility and not theres? This is why I will never deposit at an RTG hearing things like this. There a couple that are okay but all the rest are dishonest. They would have gladly taken your money had you lost. Play somewhere else seriously. What about Intercasino or somewhere else? they always pay winners. Sorry you had to go threw this but most RTG casinos are dishonest and the country they are "licensed" out of can't really afford much of a gaming commision so they can do what they want. I think the British sites seem the best.

    TOTALLY DISAGREE ABOUT RTG CASINOS

    Wow, I couldn't belive what I was reading. RTG casinos are not created equal except for the virtual group. They should be ran out of town.
    I play at many RTG and used their coupons and have never had any problem with payment. I always make sure I wager accordingly and then talk to live help, if available, and they also check for me and let me know exactly how much I have wagered.
    Anyone not playing at RTG are missing out on a lot of fun and different games. I play at Inetbet, Casino Extreme, Crown Vegas, Grand Aces, and have won and been paid without a problem.
    I much prefer the RTG software to Micro. I personally like the games and the fact you can hit a big hit on a 20 cent bet and win a couple hundred, which I did at Inetbet when I was in the bonus spins at Goldbeard and got 2 sets of 5 ships for over $200, That was on a 20 cent bet.
    So just stay away from the bad ones. THere are many good ones out there.:thumbsup:

    So far one month since I filed a complain with Montana and I haven't heard anthing from them.
    I sent them emails but it seems all in vain.
    What can I do?
