Orbital Casino ~ Words of Caution

I saw a promo for Orbital Casino with
extra $$ if I told them I was recommended
from a site.

So, I wound up with $60.00 free, and a 100%
match of my deposit. ($50.00). Well, I played
and played, turned it off, came back on the
next day, played and played. And I realized
that my winnings were not ALL being deposited
back into my account.

So I did a "test" run on the slots. Sure enough,
I was shorted $2.00 of my winnings. Seven days
ago, I sent Orbital an e-mail informing them of
this, and that I would like to know what was
going on. I estimate that about $50.00 at least
had gone down the drain this way--No Response.

I tried writing them on their Casino mail, and
was sent a message, "undeliverable".

I got Robert from gambling.com involved, and HE
tried writing them several times--Nothing.

He tried calling them--No Answer.

I wrote the president of Oribtal two days ago
forwarding previous correspondence--NOTHING.

Robert recommended I cash out immediately.
So I did. My money disappeared ($145.75)
and I have received no confirmation of ANY
kind of this transaction, nor have I heard
BOO from Orbital.

Any recommendations? Suggestions?

You've done everything you could before going public with this and that was wise. If you are a member of the OPA I would now submit an official complaint against these guys. If Orbital has an Interactive Gambling Council (IGC) logo on site then I would also go to the IGC site and submit a formal online complaint to them too.

Gambling Grumbles was also a good stop on the way.
