I've been trying to lodge a complaint about an online casino at the OPA site but I keep getting an email saying the submission failed.

Is the site down or something?

I have the same problem. I have tried at least 5 times, and it is quite frustrating :(

By the way, hasn't the OPA been a little slow answering emails lately?

One of my friends has a complaint regarding Midnight Casino, but it has all been fixed by now, and he has emailed OPA that the problem is solved. He did this almost 3 weeks ago, but the OPA hasn't posted his letter in the forum.

    Hi y'all,

Like Mary said in another thread, you can also go to Gambling Grumbles or here and "pitch a bitch". http://www.casinomeister.com/problems.html I'm a little backlogged right now, but give me a few days and I should have everything up and running.

BTW, I am not dealing with the Vegas Strip Casinos anymore; too unresponsive.
