    like the games at onmi but trying to keep up with playthrough is ridiculous. you either e mail them or phone then wait up to 24 hours to find out where you are on the playthrough. why they do not have a way of tracking your own as on the club world casinos i do not understand. almost as if they want to make sure you lose befor cashing out. am i the only one who finds this strange.

    No, it's ridiculous that a software like Playtech does not include WR information as part of the package.
    If I am playing a bonus on a software which doesn't give you any WR guidance, I record all my play on an Excel spreadsheet & work it out myself. Sounds like a ball-ache I know - but not so bad once you get used to doing it.
    It's not Omni's fault the software doesn't have this feature, but I am surprised they can't respond quicker. Don't they have live chat?

    yes, they have sometimes,
    i would like to understand it how it works because:
    ex: just now - live chat is online
    5 minutes later - live chat is not available
    another 5 or 10 minutes later - its available again

    I find it easier to work out by calculating how many comp points your've made. I think its like every $10 you spent, you get a point? Or something like that.

    hi its there biggest problem , there live chat is not on enough considering the players they hold , your right you have to keep track of wgering with them , ive just come from back from having very strong words with them about a withdrawal made , i had logged my game play , but they still insisted i had played roulette

    i did get paid but that wasnt the point i dont like being told i played a game i hadnt before wagering was met & because i had written my play down ^ had emailed support tp double check my wagering i was willing to go all the way with this one but didnt need to in the end , there a good casino but need to realt brush up on contact side of things & have live chat 24/7 for basic questions.
