I have made my last few withdraws from Club World using OKPay, and have been for the most part, in all fairness, very satisfied with this option. Until today, I have experienced that the withdraw is processed in the middle of the night following my request (or sooner), including on weekends. I also suspect this was largely due to direct involvement of clubworldtom, whose ID seemed attached to my OKPay withdraw transactions.
Now, I haven't been keeping up with the goings on here lately, and I don't even know if tom is still around or with CW, but I have come to expect this "following evening" level of service on OKPay considering 2 things:
1) This is the simplest withdraw type possible from their end - a simple transfer to an ewallet. No bank information, checks or wires, third party processors, just likely, a few keyboard clicks to get the funds shipped out.
2) The Club World software, as far as my command of the English language goes, claims that this type of withdraw is *instant*. Not the following evening, not a few hours later, but *instant*. Here is the actual screenshot from their software:
So, I'm a bit annoyed when I submitted a withdraw yesterday morning, expecting it to have been in my OKPay wallet this morning when I woke up, only to see it had not actually been processed. I suppose, because I am a glutton for punishment, I went ahead and tried the "live chat":
(The question I asked was "I am wondering why my OKPay withdrawal has not yet processed considering the software clearly states it is an instant process".)

Gosia: Hello, how may I help you today?
doug : Hello
Gosia: cashier went home for the weekend
Gosia: have you got now fully verified account with ok pay ?
doug : Yes I do
Gosia: although option is istant for approval of any cahs out you need to allow 2 working days Mon _ Fri
doug : This should be clearly stated in the software. To omit that detail is very misleading.
Gosia: we do state that we aim to process cash outs within 2 working days
Gosia: if you contact us any time we can
Gosia: explain how his options work etc
Gosia: your cahs out request most likely will be looked into
Gosia: on Monday - Tuesday
doug : very well. thank you
Gosia: You ae welcome
I folded at the end as i don't see any value in arguing with a CW support rep who has effectively as much actual power to do this cashout as I do.
I looked all over the CW client software and could not find this supposed reference to "2 working days". I feel it is extremely misleading / deceptive for the text on their software to state what it does in light of the reality that, without intervention from Tom, OKPay is not unlike a paper check withdraw in that it's only going to get reviewed during a few "bankers hours" 5 days a week , excluding holidays of course. That in my mind is absolutely in no way, shape or form, worthy of the descriptor "Instant".
OK, I realize that this post is effectively a catharsis for me and now I will just go and wait however many days CW takes until they feel kind enough to actually pay me.
