Online Gambling has been legalized in the state of Delaware, nearly six years after the passage of the UIGEA. Not only that, but Nevada has started to issues online poker licenses to gaming companies in the state! What a week!

at least a few states give the US players the opportunity to enjoy gambling online ;) I hope more states will follow Delaware. But yes, we'll probably be all dead when it happens :(

Lottery and poker will be first, state by state, by the looks of things. Casino could be 5-10 years away at the rate things are moving.

I think most states will watch how Delaware rolls out online gaming and then learn from this. Soon after, I can see alot of states becoming aggressive and pursing online gambling for state taxes, etc. Pennsylvania is nearby and has alot of land based casinos. I can see them jumping on board the train as well as NJ another bordering state.
