    Greetings,

I am a senior in the business program at the University of Idaho. My colleagues and I are doing some research into online gambling, and we are greatly interested in hearing from the customers. We are looking to find out what features the best sites have that keep people coming back. In addition, we are curious about the popularity of online gambling outside the US.

Also, my colleagues and I have put together a small survey:

You must register/login in order to see the link.

We would like as many people as possible to participate. It shouldnt take more than 5 minutes of your time and is completely anonymous.

    Thank you for your assistance.
Chris Birkenhagen, College of Bus., University of Idaho

    Note to forum members:

This is a legit University study - I followed up with Chris and his tutor Dr. Rick L. Edgeman (he's a "Six Sigma Black Belt" so whatever that is, mind your step!) at Idaho and it is for a specific course project so I said some of you kind chaps would help him out anonymously

    Cheers

I just filled out your "Online Casino Questionaire"
I wonder how, based on the questions, you will find out anything about the popularity of online gambling outside the US?

Will we see some conclusions of your study or survey?
    All the best!

    how?

Well, at this point, we really just want to compare the answers from US users to others and look for any differences.

I understand your confusion as to the validity of the questions. Unfortunately, when we wrote the survey, our "guru" was primarily a poker player, so much of what is there is really directed towards poker players. Right now, our plan is to let this survey run its course, after which we will run a second one that better addresses the community as a whole.

If I may ask, what would you say that a site needs to do to better address the gaming needs of those in the UK and Canada?

Haha - I don't think so - have you seen the questions? Even Senator Bill Frist & The Southern Baptists couldn't apply an agenda on this one! While there are a couple of "odd" (or Poker'ish) questions, its pretty straightforward in what it's trying to achieve.

Hmm....good name for a pop group. I can see a Youtube opportunity for "Oops, I f*cked up again" by Senator Bill Frist & The Southern Baptists :D

    Southern Baptists?

I didn't know they had Baptists in the southern part of England! Learn something new every day I guess.
