When I get a free water bottle the average person would maybe expected 0.5 liter and maybe get 0.25 liter. So he gets 50 % less than expected. When a player expects free spins, he expects min. bet but full lines (0.10 €). But here he gets 0.01 €, he gets not only 1000 % less than expected. Also the chance to win anything at all is much lower on 1 line.

Maybe in your view it is not misleading, but in my view this is top 5 of worst promotions of all time. It is a free addition, but a really shitty one. And your reaction also shows that you do not care what players think about that. That alone is a good reason to stay away from that casino.

The free spins are being used as an incentive to deposit. Ergo you're rather missing the point when you talk about people choosing to use them or not. It's moot.

Why don't you just do the decent thing and increase the number of active lines, increasing/adding wager if you must. Either that or make the terms of the free spins clearer. I mean we could pontificate all day long but the bottom line here is pretty clear.
