    it's been a big battle still long way to go though

    was going to post a pic but can't for some reason

    so got some help to add picture

    thanks everyone ..it's great to be up again although
    at moment can only shuffle a few steps ..and that
    felt like climbing a mountain...still on course to walk unaided by end of year hopefully
