Omnicasino.com \ account closure

Good afternoon,

Have an issue with omnicasino. Account name xxxxxxxx

Made deposit using MasterCard.Won nice amount at slot games. After having chat with support agents and they advised to send documents prior withdrawal. After sending documents for verification - they closed account telling photos it not clear. Shots was taken with good camera and all information are clearly visible. They don't make any comments and suggestions for solve problem.

Hope you will assist in this.

There are specific ways to post complaints - please comply with our forum rules. Also, never post your casino account names in public unless you don't mind having your account hacked.

Ok, i understand.

I try to send private message to omni stuff here, but seems they are not visiting forum for long time.

First, send that PM to the rep. Wait at least 48 business hours for an answer. I think you will have an answer by then.

Do I need to write somewhere else?
If the reps answer doesn't please you, you might do a PAB here at Casinomeister. But, as said, follow the procedure suggested.
