I swear to god I ain't makin none a this up!!! Who the F*** is Ari Danaci and WTF is his card doin' listed in MY QuickTender Account??? It wasn't there yesterday and last time I checked QuickTender only allowed two credit cards to be registered at any one time (but they cudda changed that and I wouldn't have known....)

Wouldn't that be a kick in the ass if Ari Danaci was the guy who ripped me off here???: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums...my-netspend-visa-ripped-off-4.html#post330658 LOL!

Anyway, I loaded my QuickTender and then, with the sites cashier's open and waiting, I deposited into 3 of my casino accounts really fast!! But I left $33 and change in my QT account - maybe enough for dude to steal if Ari has access to my account, on purpose. Stay tuned to find out what happens next in this mystery!

Thats just a bit too much of a coincidence I think.
Especially if you check the web, there's only one Ari Danaci listed on Facebook for example, and he lives in... L.A.
Now find out if he works at that Rite Aid store?
Just google and he'll pop up immediatly, with a photo on Facebook, looks familiar?

Ya THINK??? lol I hadda settle for the email feature on the site - lights are on but nobody's home!

How about I let NetSpend follow that lead, M-kay? Sides, I'm in Palm Desert for the season and so's the Rite-Aid where I used WU. I'll forward that screen shot to NetSpend's Dispute Resolutioin Investigations Dept, tho.

I bet QuickTender security's gonna need a fresh pair a drawers, tho, huh!

You Googled him? Really! Pfffffft! I LOVE it!

It must be the guy that ripped you off. who else would it be? That is too cool. I'm pretty sure you can register 3 cards not 2 but that they would let someone in wow I don't get it but let us know.

Who opened more than 1 QuickTender account? And you don't "open" one, right? The merchant (casino) has to initiate it.

He stole that information during a performance by hypnotist at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles which I attended on November 4th, this year, before I was aware of my identity thefts. This according to an ongoing investigation being conducted by the combined forces of Sherlock Holmes and Charlie Chan and under the consultation of Harry Houdini.

    This just in from QuickTender:

    Dear (bernynhel),

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Please be informed that, your issue has been registered and forwarded to the Security Department (your account has been suspended until the issue will be clarified). Security Team is going to get in contact with you.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    Oguz
    QuickTender Help

    ...and this:

    Dear (bernynhel),

We have received your request to the personal information in your QuickTender account. However, before we may do so...we would like you to send the below item to This email is not visible to you. for the review of the QuickTender Security Team:

A copy of a utility bill (for example an electricity bill) or a bank statement displaying your name and address and dated within the last three months....

    Best regards,
    Oguz
    QuickTender Help Desk

    ...and my reply:

    Dear QuickTender Security:

I reply to your request, please find, attached, the scanned image of my current United States Post Office Official Change of Address Confirmation, valid through June 4, 2010. In regards to requests for scanned images of utility bills, i.e. phone, etc., there is no such thing and hasn't been for well over a year as bills are no longer received nor are they paid via snail mail and, therefore, hardcopies are no longer provided by the utilities, naturally.

Since you have been contacting me, daily, here at my email address, please feel sure that it is, indeed, me to whom you have been communicating all these long months and feel free to call me at home, +011 XXX-XXX-XXXX or on my cell phone, +011 XXX-XXX-XXXX, any time after 11:00 AM PST (19:00 GMT).

I am certain that the security risk for you in believing that it is me writing you now is far less than whatever risks were taken and lost by QuickTender which allowed Ari Danaci's Visa card to be listed among my list of credit card deposit options in my QuickTender account.

    Sincerely,

    (bernynhel)

This is unreal...yet QuickTender will tell you how their site is ultra secure.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, I never got my $370 refunded, just my account closed for breaking "site rules", which I have no clue what rule I broke. Best part is I emailed security@QT two days in a row asking for the specific reason my account was closed yet they haven't responded. They have always responded within one business day to prior emails.

This makes me wonder, my credit card was charged $370 when I didn't initiate a deposit and the money was never credited to my QT account. Could it be possible that QT listed my card info under someone elses account and that person made the deposit using my card info? I suggested this might have happened in my initial email to QT and they shot it down as impossible. Your post here clearly shows it is possible. A warning about QT needs to be listed somewhere as honest peoples card info could end up under someone elses deposit options. I WANT MY $370 QT!!!

Ya THINK??? Unfortunately, my rehabilitated criminal mind was not able to think of this angle as it once, most assuredly, would have. Had to be either the prison shock treatments or the frontal "icepick" lobotomy, f'shizzle, which incapacitated me in this manner. Otherwise, I could have tested your theory, to its fullest, before my QT account was "suspended."

Did you have more than one user on the cc account and could the other user also have attempted to register the same cc # at QT? I know, it's a long shot.

I'm in a chat session with QT...make that was:

QuickTender Live Support: Welcome to QuickTender Live Support, you are chatting with Denis. How can I help you?
(bernynhel): [QHD #(deleted by bernynhel)], [QHD #(deleted by bernynhel]
(bernynhel): I am most interested with the latter as it involves a foreign credit card listing in my deposit options and thje suspension of my account.
QuickTender Live Support: Can I have your QuickTender account number please?
(bernynhel): i cant access that info
    (bernynhel): i cant log in
(bernynhel): the information should be available to you via the ref #s
(bernynhel): [QHD #(deleted by bernynhel] its not in there?
QuickTender Live Support: Please note that we do not disclose any security information via live chat
(bernynhel): well its certainly not stopping anyone, is it?
    (bernynhel) ?
QuickTender Live Support: You may send us an e-mail to This email is not visible to you., specifying your question.
QuickTender Live Support: We will reply you as soon as the e-mail is reviewed.
(bernynhel): obviosly, as i have been assigned two ref #s, that ship has already sailed, hasn't it?
(bernynhel): im contacting you to ask why I haven't heard from anyone.
QuickTender Live Support: We are required to confirm your 10 digit QuickTender account number before we can assist you at Live Chat. If you fail to provide your account number we can only advise you to send an email to us.
    (bernynhel): one moment
QuickTender Live Support: Secondly we are not allowed to disclose any security information on user's accounts via Live Chat.
    (bernynhel): not required
(bernynhel): hold for the acct number
QuickTender Live Support: Sir, the best option for you would be sending an e-mail request to This email is not visible to you..
QuickTender Live Support: Once your issue is reviewed you will receive and e-mail reply.
(bernynhel): If this is your only function what good is it?
    (bernynhel): nevermind

Sadly, my own quote (below) makes the answer to your question, "no".

    :sob:

It seems I have a MoneyBookers account (they notified me to say that an expired cc had been removed from my acount, otherwise, I would never have known!) Any comments about MoneyBookers? Good or bad?

I can guarantee that this is how my card was charged by some low life QT customer. QT screwed up and he used my card for two deposits. It was used in October for $210 and when the low life realized he got away with it, he charged another $370 to my card in November.

I have a sick feeling QT knows what happened in my case and by clsoing my account and not responding to my numerous emails they are just brushing it under the carpet so to speak.

I need everyones help in this forum because I need my money back. I need to have them unsuspend my QT account and credit the $370 to it so I may get it off their site to another site. They can close my account after that because I will be closing it myself if they don't. Guys I need help in how to get through to QT because I really can't afford to lose this money. I will fricken pay the $45 over limit fee on my card as long as I recoup the $370. HELP ME OUT!!!!!

LOL, here is my chat from last week when I was trying to get an answer about my account.

QuickTender Live Support: Welcome to QuickTender Live Support, you are chatting with Sofia. How can I help you?
ANDE52181: yes I sent an email response to Oguz early today and would just like to make sure he responds by the end of today because I will not be waiting till over the weekend for my issue to be resolved
QuickTender Live Support: Can I have your QuickTender account number please?
    ANDE52181: XXXXXXXXXX
QuickTender Live Support: Please wait a few moments; Ill look into this for you.
    ANDE52181: thank you
QuickTender Live Support: Im afraid we cannot disclose this information via Live Support. The respective department is already dealing with your issue and you will be contacted by email.
ANDE52181: ok thank you, just wanted to check

I got nothing from live support AND I GAVE THEM MY ACCOUNT #!!!!

Notice how polite I was though...and than they just suspended my account because they said they were investigating the issue. Than the next day they closed it because I violated site rules. They just failed to mention the site rule I broke which is none because I didn't.

I'm pretty pleased with Moneybookers overall, but US customers cannot use it for gambling.
