Old slot machine blowing clouds bonus? (north america)

so this is an old slot machine i used to love playing a long time ago (i'm guessing at least 15 years ago). The bonus could result in clouds that blow and when they blow i believe more clouds appear (which is the wild as far as i remember)....so it was sticky wilds

These slots were available in Quebec bars around 15 years ago or so.

Does this game ring any bell to anyone? I'm guessing i cant play it anywhere but it's bugging me that i can't remember the name of this game
