I thought I would try out Old Chicago Casino a new MG, as I was offered a 100% match plus $10 free.
Anyway, I signed up and was given the option of AUD, EUR or GBP as my currency....being from Oz I chose AUD.
I then received this email:
My question is WHY give me the CHOICE of AUD if it isnt available, and WHY dont casinos hire staff that can actually write properly in English??
As for opening another account, the software wont let me anyway so
Given Im a new customer, it isnt a very good start at all
