They are part of Casino Rewards, If you win and have claimed bonuses at their other 5 billion casinos expect to get bonus banned + your comp points frozen. You need to be vary careful claiming bonuses from different casinos in the same group as some will only allow it at 1 of their casino outfits. Best to ask live chat and get it in writing.

I did:D Its quite funny. Told live chat, Im with a few of their groups and have done the free play before, just never claimed on it and is that a problem. They said it wasnt, so I did my usual and copied and pasted to word.

Of course to get my free $100 bonus, I need to deposit $20.00 which is all good except my debit card is down to zero so I would have to use my credit card. What Im wanting to know, are they trustworthy? Im seriously paranoid when I comes to giving out my credit card details :)

Should be OK provided you have read ther terms with regard to your eligibilty for this bonus, which you seem to have had confirmed from CS in any case.

I have played there as a VIP, and would rate them as "proceed with care" as you do have to be aware that they employ a fair bit of marketing trickery that can lead the unwary into breaking the terms.

The pending period is 48 hours, and verification should not be a problem since you already have accounts at other casinos in the group.

Between claiming new player bonuses at their casinos, you are expected to demonstrate a willingness to play without a welcome bonus, and this can be served by making some additional deposits into your existing accounts between claiming sign up bonuses, perhaps even using the regular promotions with tend to be around 15% to 25% on deposits, which appear in the rewards account, rather than the casino.

If you are concerned that they have locked you out without telling you, check that you can redeem reward points before making further deposits or signin up at another of their casinos.

If your rewards account is locked, uninstall all their casinos and play elsewhere. Wait for them to contact you, and tell them you stopped playing because you encountered problems redeeming your points, and that you have been playing elsewhere.

If they want you back, you will find your rewards account gets quietly unlocked, even though officially this "cannot be done manually".

Their licensing jurisdiction has become quite player friendly, and casino rewards has received a few raps across the knuckles over confiscated winnings, and been forced to either reverse the decision and pay up, or reach a compromise based on shared fault.

They have no desire to become accredited here, and it is their company policy that prevents them having a player rep, leaving Renee the affiliate rep who will pass on player complaints to the relevant department. It is also possible to PAB against them under the "one shot rule" (one PAB per member for a non accredited casino). Further PABs may be considered, but this is at the discretion of Max and Bryan. New CM members are expected to learn from experience after getting burned once, and stick to accredited casinos.

Interesting :) Actually though I apparently have an account with most of their casinos, I have never actually made a deposit there. Probably because Im so paranoid about giving out my credit card details:oops: I have played a few of their free play welcome bonuses but have never claimed on them either because I went bust and got nowhere or because I kept thinking there has to be a catch (suspicious mind of mine)

Its kind of weird though, I said to the CSR - oh well, since I wont have time to play the wagering requirements (Im off tommorow, going camping :D), can I send in my verification documents now, save the hassle of going through all that when I get back (and presuming I crack the bonus;) )

His answer was, they dont ask for verification documents:what:, well I thought thats a first that I've had from any casino but ok:cool:

So the PAB section, is only aloud-ed to be used once? Well I will save that, for when Im having a dispute over thousands of dollars with some casino and its actually worth having a dispute over... hehee:D

What VWM is talking about is the "One Shot Rule". Because none of the Casino Rewards group of casinos are listed in the Accredited section here, this will be "your one shot" if you run into trouble and need to submit a PAB. From FAQ's: The One Free Shot policy means that your first PAB can be on any non-Accredited casino you like except, generally speaking, those listed in the Rogue Pit.

If you have a PAB against an accredited casino then you can submit as many as you like but only 1 at a time, should you have more than 1 that is

Cheers
