OK PAY Debit Card Declined for ALL TRANACTIONS! ATM & POS!!!!!!!

I had same problem more them a month ago. The difference, my top up never got to OKPAY card and remained Pending.
After they confirmed that there is an issue, I requested to cancel top up (maybe you can try that) and deposit money back to my OKPAY wallet. It took 3 weeks, I had to sign forms and other documents, but at the end of March I got money back to my wallet and requested wire transfer to my banking account.
It worked, however, I request 2 more since that and the fees are just outrageous. NOT INCLUDING your banking fees, from $1050 wire i received $939

DO NOT use OKPAY master card now, as they having issues. They requested proof of address documents for me (for no reason, I was verified) I guess just to buy some time.

If you OK with high wire fees, proceed with this method, I am got money in 2 days (consistently all 3 times)

Pobeda,

Glad you mentioned the fee raise. I thought I was just mistaken about how much I was charged the first time. This last wire cost me nearly $80 with my bank charging me $7. But, at least I got my money and I am done.

yep and check this out. in the fee schedule:
Banking Details Clarification $30
SWIFT Confirmation $30

( I did in fact asked who they paying $30 to clarify MY banking details and which bank charges $30 for SWIFT confirmation and, of course, got no answer:)
all they responded with:
"are not mandatory and are requested by client manually in case the wire transfer needs to be tracked or incorrect details have been specified. They do not apply to regular transfers. "

So, simply saying, OKPAY claiming they only charge $15 for the wire, and they not sure what happens with other fees :)
its hard enough to win anything online, and we have to waste money to cover those unreasonable fees.

However, there just no other way. Reading horror stories about bounced checks, I am just not ready to screw my banking account with one of those

ATM WITHDRAWAL SUCCESSFUL THIS MORNING

As the message I received from OK Pay support indicated, everything seems back to "normal."

I made my ATM withdrawal this morning without any problems. I panicked yesterday--this is obvious to anyone who read this thread. Of course I panicked because there is a history of any company attempting to do what OK Pay is doing--attempting to provided a service needed and desired by many--get's f--ked over by legislators here or in various other countries.

They were guilty of only one thing, communicating the issue proactively to customers. I should have NEVER referred to them as thieves.

The timing on things was beyond ironic. I hit my first win in at least 6 weeks anywhere and cash out at about 1AM. Literally, a half hour later they have paid the withdrawal which has NEVER happened to me before. Remember, CWC were the very group that tried to convince us all to get OK Pay accounts.

I'm elated. I pay a couple of bills online using the card without issue. The, I go to the ATM that morning and cannot get cash. Then I come home and log in to one of my favorite CWC Casinos and OK Pay has VANISHED from the site. At this point I am close to panic.

The next day the card will do absolutely nothing and I am not even able to transfer them back to my E - Wallet. That is when I completely panicked as most would.

I love the OK Pay business model and really hope they can hold it together and continue to provide service to US Residents but now that we are down to two sites that currently accept them just how worth it to them could the hassles possibly be?

Fortunately, I got the money. Hopefully they can continue to provide their service but these incidents are exactly what causes people to have no trust in them. I hope really hope CWC and some of the other accredited sites will strike a deal but I won't hold my breath on that.

Kudos to you--you were absolutely correct.

It says something about a $250.00 per day limit.

It also expects the funds to be released, so, it sounds temporary.

Sorry

When I read your post I knew you may well be right and hoped you were. Yeah! You were!

Wow,

I am so sorry to read all of this. I know many of you had to bend over backwards to get the card to begin with. This is just wrong on so many levels.

I am waiting on a withdrawal from CWC but it is with pay my card. I was told by the rep here at CM that it was delayed and I should see it by the end of the week. I hope so.

It was submitted on the 8th, nine days ago. I know I am frustrated with my situation, I can't imagine being in yours.

I hope things work out for you soon,

weesie

Hi weesie, My pmc was requested on the 7th,, also a delay and I should see by end of week. Funds are in my account today. So hopefully you will see the same thing shortly.

This is all very well, but if only 2 sites now accept them, this is not just a panic by a few players down to lack of communications. This is a situation where OPERATORS are running scared and ditching OK Pay as an option. They get to see a bigger picture that players generally don't about how OK Pay is working out.

If this is NOT down to the problems in Cyprus, why have that statement on their site?

Until the situation there has settled down, no one can be certain that OK Pay or any other Cyprus based processing business will not suffer even worse problems keeping customers united with their money.

Outside of Cyprus, the media here seem to be spinning this crisis as a few dodgy billionaires taking a haircut from funds tucked away in Cyprus, rather than ordinary people losing money because Cyprus just happens to be in part of a chain of how they are provided with a financial service. This spin is presumably to make us sympathetic to the cause, rather than to the dodgy people facing the loss of large chunks of their ill gotten fortunes.

What's the update on OkPay so far? Cards working again? Have you got your money yet?

CW pulled it as an option but InetBet is still showing is as deposit/withdrawal method. Would be nice to get an update from a casino about this. InetBet also suggested I use Ukash and I don't know how or where to do that.

JUST FYI,

here is what iNetBet send me a couple days ago

At this time the daily withdrawal limit is $250
Weekly it is $1000

This is to OKPAY

InetBet also suggested I use Ukash and I don't know how or where to do that.

Last time I used Ukash (less than a month ago) I had to buy a non-gambling voucher and then pay extra fees to convert it to a gambling voucher via the Cashu website. Everybody takes a cut in fees.

Unless someone else knows how US members can buy Ukash vouchers a different way. Pain in the azz Anniemac.

harrys99,

That's what I thought about Ukash, PIA to make it work.

I just don't want to withdraw to OKPay and then not be able to get a wire sent to me from them. I know depositing via OKPay is out for me.

I tried to get some info from InetBet but got alot of info that I know won't work. LOL!

I think Inetbet has paste and pay as a deposit option. You can then get a wire or check via Inetbet
