OK, I'm being a pissant! But hey...

OK, to be fair I have to re-dress the balance a bit.
That last session was at Spin Palace & resulted in a $50 loss...
So tonight I tried the same pattern with Ladbrokes... and got a great result!
Started with 70 and did dip as low as 40 (well, I was betting up to 2/spin! :eek2:) but as you can see below, I hit 2 picking features and then 15 free-spins in the space of 8 spins - and quit the game on 200 = 130 profit!

Experiment to be continued... ;)

KK,

Before you continue with your experiment, can you tell me whether this session at Ladbrokes was played at 1.60 per spin right away or that you low-rolled then upped the stakes.

Hi everyone so i thought the problem was only with the 9 line 15x3 slots instead off low wagers against high rolling.

Thats intresting as my only other back up theory was i got stuck at casino rewards they kept on giving me free cash but there slots were as tight as you know.

Anyway i didnt make cash out on any off there nd cash and i may have got about 10 or more off them i normaly do very well on free cash i have a good record.

most off the money i cashed out was change as i was trying to change casinos and new that i would get anouther bonus and would be able to reinvest that change after the bonus was played out to give me a greater chance off winning on the slot i was playing without clicking out to lobby just hit bank and back.

I new they were reeling me in with em but when you loose your stack its a good thing for some free micro cash and i got mostly $40 and a couple off $80 free bonuses. + $50 for christmas

Its also hard to start a day on a deposit when you could either cash comps or cash a free bonus with em i just got out 6 days ago or more and my 2nd to last cashout at virtual city has still not been paid now for about 10 days i did get paid at casino kingdom on time the other day.

My virtual cashout was only 65 with only 25 profit. but had no stomach for a better win same as casino kingdom on a $50 bonus play through was huge got it up to $120 then switched to moonshine had a hard hitting feature and popped on 1st pick made me sick upped my bets to $1.50 and zero out but hit 4 scatters after deposit played on hit feature and ended up with the same money after i hit the scatters on a good feature pick made a very quick $30 would normaly play on but for the very 1st time in my life clicked out off game and gave my self a pat on the back as it also ment no more casino rewards.

Just for grins, a couple of observations.... there are clumps of 111000000101010111001001000001010101010

If we play a lot, we'll notice them.

If software adjusts the program (paytable) pursuant to bet size... I call that cheating software because it is a bait and switch. I know some of the ngc slots to play on now as they pay BETTER at a higher rate, but i still consider it a cheat as they could (within 5%? haven't looked at regs lately) make the payrates LOWER at larger betsize. I want (see previous rants) a program that does not adjust paytables to bet size (it's part of my method) if MG does this they should proclaim it or be rogued in my opinion... indeed, if they don't assure it they are already rogue in my mind. Only two providers have assured us the fairness of their slots in my memory here (former employees notwithstanding) and Microgaming isn't one of them.

Started @ 2p/line (40p/spin).
Didn't follow an exact pattern, but basically every time I went 5 - 6 spins without winning more than the cost of my spin, I upped it by 2p/line. When I hit a reasonable win, I went back to start point.
Bit I did abandon that a bit after a while, hence the screenshot. (I have to say my play there was late at night & just slightly affected by alcohol... :p)
After a big win (i.e. a good feature) I normally carry on at the same stakes for 5 - 10 spins, so those features hitting close together was a god send!

Just to ad my opinion, which is allready been mentioned from other people here...but nevertheless. When I got a good round on various slots and make the bet up from 2.25 to 4.5 per round....nada. Excatly..less wins, even no free-rounds. Then, when I am back to nearly ground zero...round downgrading to .45, tata....some very nice (spring break) red-truck lines with wild and that kind of things. I often thought that the amount of good lines depends on the bet.
Sure that would be cheating and the owner should be covered with stones. but the proof is not given...so, what shall we do? Learning that there is maybe a conspiracey connection to the besize and the winnings -and/or given up stupid gambling and saving the HUGE amount of money which we blow out????

I would even step a bit further - the last time I played with a deposit of 20$ I managed to push it up to 100$. and this happened several times. Everytime I went over 100$ or 120$. I couldn`t went further. Like that there is a breakpoint, and if you step over it...eeeeeeeeeehhhhhhr...now its going down. "Next stop - without hold is ZERO"

Maybe my fantasie is ruined by too many X-files movies and 9/11 theories, but when this happens too often in a short row...I start to get a bit..."what..???"

Again, these are just my 2 cents which I didn`t spend on a slot. Wohooho:D

Greetings & a happy New Year!

I don't have enough data (nor know how to use them) in re "when I raise my bet I lose" as i've done jillions of spins at lowest coin and only scads at highest; so of course I lose more money, not sure if its more spins - and I'm "behind the times" as far as Kimss's data go. I just won't play MG slots much when I'm back in the saddle if they don't eventually state, or the good statisticians 'prove' that a penny/pence/pfenig = a dime/etc. (it's already been shown that some of the older nine liners are weighted for #x lines bet)

Many have and will disagree that it matters at all; but that would just mean they bet all lines, lowest coin or they don't care; or have a different expectation of fairness; i.e. that in the end it's 95% or whatever overall.

Turning $20 into 100 or 120 is a nice return and certainly time to skim off most of it and return to the play style that netted it I would think. (like some others I'd do high variance/risk with a part of it).

If time is money, my two cents saved me more than that in spins today as well :)
