...but Playford and I have discussed this - and I am letting him back in. I banned him a couple of weeks ago due to a comment that I thought was over the top and downright a crappy things to say. He had already his fair share of strikes against him, and for me that was the last straw.. In retrospect, it should have been an infraction. Also, I was at a hot headed point of my own dealing with desert stress. I sometimes lose my cool, if you can believe that.

So he is back. And like my warning last time, for those of you who like to argue with the guy, please don't egg him on. I'm getting tired of playing the cop here. Thank you.

Depending on your believes Sunday is often classed as first day of the week. So not a great boast. That is like me saying i have gave up smoking since not had one since put the last one out 5 minutes ago.

But i agree if ever i needed a drink it is Today as well.

But onto thread topic i do not envy you Bryan. Good job you have meetings and talk to your staff or i could imagine Max sitting here on a Sunday morning , reading this thread and spitting his porridge everywhere in shock.

As for Ben. I know he has a way with words and it offends some. But as has been said many a times so have others. But Ben got far more reports as some look for any excuse.

Personally think it is great Ben is back. Like him or Loathe him the forum is not the same without him. You need threads and posts that are fun to break the relentless cycle of SE threads.

So welcome back Ben. Hope you give update on Sox today just in case , well you know lol, just in case you say something that gets you banned again.

I am always okay. took a few days off work so not back to Wednesday. Life is great . To be honest been a long few months . But got an important appointment Tuesday morning so one way or another i will know where i stand within a week or so. Think once i have been Tuesday might be able to relax a bit more.

But anyway Sunday today. Sun is shining outside. Ben is allowed back. You are having a drink and listening to music. What's not great today.

Not really true. There is a thread around here about bannings that I wrote a couple of years ago. Members who are banned can always come back - those who were banned for flaming just need to apologize to the one flamed. That's all it takes in most cases.

I think there is a myth of people getting banned left and right here. Most bannings are via spamming the forum. And even some of those persons have apologized stating they made a mistake, and were let back in.

If you have a list of folks who were banned permanently for saying something stupid, send it to me and I will take a look at it. Or post it here. I'd like to know.

Was a bit more to it than that though, seemingly the messages after that played a part and his general carrying of himself - aka, an arsehole.

I don't think it was so much he took advantage of the promo but he threatened the rep and the casino which amounted to blackmailing them for the prize!

A lot of people said he cheated at the time but like i said then he never actually cheated he just used the rules to his advantage. Legal yes but morally wrong.

But like Greylady and Pinnit said his permanent Ban was more to do with the threats and abuse he sent in PM to the Rep. That is what we do not really know what was said but you can draw your own conclusions.

Things like that will never get your ban overturned.

For someone I once liked, this was the final straw and one of the most 'out of order' things I've witnessed in my membership here, a total 'No Go'

What made it worse is the rep was from a group who'd previously show no interest in CM/Accreditation etc and we finally got one on board, where are they now eh?

I know what was said, and the ban was right. The fact he had done the same previously just made it worse.
He did cheat. He used the screenshot of the account to show the stake was 1p, but using that same screenshot you could see each win from the bonus was added individually, so using his interpretation of the rules he would have won a prize, but not the top one.
The rep also confirmed the stake was 10p not 1p, then he went crying to the compliance department and threatening to report them to the UKGC if he wasn't awarded first prize.
