    Have tried calling their CS number many times, and have actually been on hold for over an HOUR.

    This is not good enough at all.

    Very poor indeed!

    At their live chat, you're waiting many times quite some time too. It seems sometimes there are simply no customer service people on the live chat.

    Tried calling again today, no answer. I need to actually talk to them live chat will be too complicated!

    What terrible service, I have now given up with them. Their loss trust me lol

    Ive come to the conclusion that their CS phone is in a locked office and they have lost the key.
