No. I can't do a PAB because they are in the grey zone, and I already did a grey zone PAB. I'm going to wait until Monday and talk to my VIP host.

I have a progress bar, and progressed 4 levels during all this. I asked her what about the progress bar bonuses? Are they subjected to the same requirements? She said only first and second level. The rest of the levels have no cap for max withdrawl, and free spins have 7.50 max spin while cash has no max. I copied and pasted it on notepad, because there is 40 dollar cash bonus and a 50 dollar one sitting there. Im level 11. Screw them. Wish me luck!

You're not kidding on it being onerous! When VPL folded back in March and just kept Casino Mate and House of Jack, they gave up their MGA license. Now they are in a " untouchable" area. I knew better.......I knew it! I told everyone to stay away, but I caved in when I went in and played. Won 3x's, just under 5k in three weeks. Most I have won all year. I'm so mad. Mostly at me.

I feel gutted, angry,betrayed! What good is a VIP program? Seriously. At no given time was I ever told that there is a max of 200 dollar withdrawl on anything you guys give me! NEVER! I thought about how many that don't meet the wagering. How many that don't even get to see the 200 dollars! So unfair.

I'm waiting. VIP host said that he is 100% certain that I knew and has been a long standing rule, even before they migrated. Which is 100% bunk. I never knew and before they migrated I had met the wagering requirements on a freebie, the one time I cashed out a large sum, and the other one left me with a balance of 1200, where 80 dollars went missing and I did a PAB, that was successful. I still have all the play transactions for that time.
