Just came into my email as I replied to another post defending them (and others) whom I have been loyal to........Now I have to start an email exchange to get this resolved.

Hi Christine,

Your recent withdrawals totaling $675 made between the 19th and 20th of April 2011 have been reversed to your Casino account as our Ecash processing company are unable to process payments via any method to the U.S.A at present.

Kindly note that the lack of processing has not been enforced by casino management, but has come directly from the 3rd party processors. This means that we are forced to abide by their decision until the availability to process payments is running once again.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and assure you that the funds will remain in your Casino account, which only you will have access to. You will be notified as soon as we are able to process payments.

Warm Regards,

James Johnson

I told you. I have $800 in Villento also from a withdraw from yesterday. But i just spoke to quick tender and they are accepting withdrawals so i dont understand if they cant do the ACH they can still do the QT. Quick tender is also accepting deposits into villento as they said.

Just fired off an email since I have receieved checks from them in the past. Does not make sense if they have the funds in their posession and QT claims they are accepting them. Will keep you posted once I receive a reply.

I cannot access the website or the casino since in the past I always download, play, then delete for privacy reasons.

I have been on this site forever & have never posted so much in one freaking day!:p

Here's Villento's reply:
Hi Christine.

Thank you for your email.

Christine, we do understand your concerns in this regard. Unfortunately there is no possible way that we can make payment to you at present. As all processors have been removed our hands are literally tied. Your funds will remain in your account until we have any feedback and a processor that we can use to make payments. Please do understand that there is not anything we can do at present, we cannot accept deposits and cannot make payments.

If you have any further queries please do contact us!

Warm regards
Kanthan

Damn

I got the same message from Villento today. I made the request to cash out $600 on 18th the 24 hour reverse thing passed and yesterday Live help told me the processors were down. He told me to wait the 24 to 48 hours and if I don't have the money then it was caught up in the process I said it would have been nice to get an email because I would have been looking for my money if I hadn't come here to ask how long the process takes. I'm glad I won off a $50 free chip but now I'm afraid to deposit to any casino. :(

They probably want to keep a low profile for the time being and are blaming the processors for it. Lame excuses but understandable I suppose, that said, it's your money so i'd ask for a Cheque or something in the mean time. Make sure you tell them that you absolutely do not want to be able to play with the cash though!

Personally, I would not, 2btakn. JMO

I have been playing online since 2001. I have had the great fortune of always having every establishment I ever dealt with be reliable & trustworthy. This will be my first experience of (maybe) not getting paid. That being said I truly believe that if Villento can find a way, they will. I am doing my best to keep the faith.

I have a QT wire that is confirmed on their (QT) site, but am awaiting for the funds to hit my account. I am more fortunate than others that I may get some of my funds back yet!

Best Wishes to you & all others that are in this mess!

Unfortunately Rhyzz, already attempted this avenue. Villento said "No can do!"

Have a $200 withdrawal that made it through the 24 hour period and a email this morning stating it's in for processing. Hasn't been reversed.

Here's hoping we all get paid...

Ya I also made it through the 24 hour period and got the email telling me my withdrawal "has progressed through the casino pending-cash cycle and is currently being processed by our e-cash company". And then 11 hours later I got.... the dreaded... "Your recent withdrawal has been reversed" email.

I hope they find a way to pay-out to all of us. The latest email makes it sound like it is on their priority list to find a way but.... when I think about it... why would they be so eager to fix it? They would have to pay-out all the US players knowing that we can't give it right back to them. Their reputation doesn't really matter to US players anymore. I do have to say... I have played at Villento and RichReels since they first started and have never ever had a problem and I consider them the most trustworthy online casino. So maybe they will find a way to bypass this 3rd party processor.

It is just truely sad that all this had to happen. I knew these days would come. Bye bye easy access gambling and hello again to Vegas and Indian Casinos.

Can we get the thread retitled to something more like Villento Issues or something? Oh crap is a great description but others might not click on it when it might concern them.

Given the current problems with the processors...can they maybe do a western union type deal? Or...even send cash?
Just a thought, sorry if it seems stupid. I'm lucky to be where I am, but worried that Canada will soon follow suit :(
Good luck to you all that have money pending.
