These guys verification is a goddamn nightmare! They pulled so many stunts with me last year never been bac since. Dont reverse i am damn certain they try to push you to with all their bs
 
I don't have have the option to reverse, so no problem there.

They wouldn't accept my proof of address as the bank statement i submitted didn't have an issue date, despite the statement clearly showing the period it was for and showing all transactions within that period. I have used this format of bank statements before to verify at other casinos without issue. I then submitted 2 utility bills that were accepted.

ID, my driving licence was accepted; it also has my address clearly on it.

The main issue is with my debit card. The first document I gave them was photo's of the front and back of my card; i had covered the wrong numbers, which was fair enough. I was told via email to resubmit a.....

"High resolution photocopies of the front and back of the credit card. For your own personal security and the integrity of your credit card, please blank out the digits so that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible as well as blanking out the CVC code on the back of your card.". I did exactly that.....

I receive this response......

"Please note that due to security reasons, we can not accept scanned documents in order to verify the requested documents. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us a new documents proofs in a high quality photographs, taken with a mobile phone or a camera, so we can proceed with the verification. "

WTF!


I have now resubmitted new photos of the front and back of my card as one PDF file. I went on chat today to chase up the verification; I was told that the back of card had been accepted, but the front was still being processed! Both the front and back photos were in the same PDF document!

Chat host also told me it has been taking a week for UK players to get verified! But apparently they process withdrawals with in the hour after you are verified; remains to be seen and i doubt i will give them another chance.

Its a shame really, as my experience up until this point was good.
 
Just an update on this guys - both Voodoodreams and Nyspins casinos started running the lower RTP of PNG games for UK players.
It looks like a trend for UK casinos lately , perhaps they want to make up for all the regulations and the costs of running an online casino under license from the UKGC.

if it carries on I’ll just give up all PNG games for good...
 
Hi I am a new forum member and I am having a lot of troubles with the verification of my account. I don’t know what to do and my whole day is ruined. They have just as much information on me as my own government now but they still refuse my documents and give me the standard same reply as to why they were declined. It is nothing consistent so in the end i still don’t understand what they want from me. I have send a bank statement, government issued document, front and back of my ID, phone bill, several times taken from different angles with all corners shown. Can any player here give me some advise as to what I can possibly to so that they accept my documents? I really don’t understand what the problem is. They are all clear and all above FHD resolution however the standard same email is send back to me. They didn’t even bother to reply to my last message again providing them with new documents. Live chat is a mess, each time in go to live chat I come back more frustrated. They can’t tell me anything, they cant even specify what exactly it is that i need to do different regarding the uploading of my documents.
 
That is not a good sign. I won 1000 euro on a 120 euro deposit. Now they are refusing to verify my account. I have never experienced something like this before. It’s hard to accept that online casino can scam players like this and to forget about my winnings.

Since I can't really tell from your original post what they believe is not ok with your documents it is hard to give you any advise. Maybe you have some chat logs you can share?

I wouldn't be to worried you not getting your money in the end. SuprPlay normally pays within a reasonable time frame. Just don't play your nice win away!!

Not true - I played there in January and had a few big wins on book of dead . RTP was 96%

As an operator you can run different RTP settings in different markets so maybe in a way you are both right. :)

On another note when an operator ask PnG to change RTP they don't do all markets at the same time. This can take several weeks to change for some reason unknown to me. In the mean time the same casino have different RTP's until all markets are changed.

I asked on live chat what would suffice for this and i was told a phone bill would do. I send screenshot of my phone bill, downloaded my phone bill in pdf format and also send them a document of my government where my full details and residence is shown. I don’t know what to do. The only thing they can ask me now is my pincode for logging into my bank. :p

the pictures I send are original and very good quality. Even a half blind person could see everything. I’m confused also all corners are visible.

I send them documents three times. The first time I uploaded everything on my player account and went to live chat in order to confirm if they have everything what they need in order to verify my account. On live chat i was told that everything seems fine for now.

After this email I send the requested documents a second time. Then I received the email which i already quoted in my previous message where they again declined my documents:

After the second rejection I again send them documents with all corners visible and I uploaded a PDF of my phone bill in my account as an extra. Everything they have asked for they already have. Everything is clear and visible, all corners are visible.

I have spend a total of 420 euro on this casino, this was my third deposit. Also made deposits on duelz and voodoodreams and lost them all. I have spend enough at their casino’a and the only single time that I have some luck they somehow turn somewhat rogue on me.
I don’t understand this.. I was also warned in an email that a pending withdrawal can be reversed after 24 hours by the casino. What

Yeah, the changes to RTP were made on separate dates for MGA and UKGC licencing. I have a small server set-up to check the Play'n GO RTPs at all the major casinos every day at 18:00 GMT. Currently they are only checked by a UK IP and Malta IP. This was useful in pinpointing the exact date Coral changed the RTP.

I have started tracking NOLimit City and IGT on a daily basis at the all the big casinos. Word is that NetEnt will offer two sets of RTP soon so that might we worth tracking too as I'm such a DoA fanatic!

Firstly apologies for the delay in replying. I don't seem to be receiving notifications and will sort this out with CasinoMeister directly.
I also wish to note we have had such a good intake of players since launching UK that we have had a back log of verifications due to the increased compliance and AML responsibilities. I read above that most have since been settled, and the situation has drastically improved on our end. Been over a week trying to get verified just so backwards and forwards. I've never seen a site that needs so much for verification
