Thats why a lot of people play on Land Based Casino. You verify at the Entrance then play and then cashout as much as you want/can without any stupid questions.

IMO if they take money without asking (deposit) they should be forced to pay out without any SOW if the Person is the same who deposited. Realy fishy.
I wanted to open an Account at Casumo this Weekend....will skip this now. Hope you get your 6k. Wondering what game ur wife played...hope everything will work out fine 4 you.

So why did I get this message from Casumo about if I am sure I want to withdraw ??

They are asking because of Covid 19 ??? What a crock of shit
They're only asking if you're sure you want to withdraw since the reverse withdrawal function has now been removed.
All UK licensed casinos have been told to disable their reverse function during the pandemic.

It’s just a “you’re sure?” question. Giving you a chance to adjust your withdrawal before it is locked. Presumably it’s a way of staying within the spirit of the requirement to lock withdrawals, while essentially making it clear if you want to carry on playing, you can’t change your mind and will have to deposit again.

I play in Casumo for 2 years. I have passed several checks without a problem. I play with only one debit card MasterCard In general I play on low bets and quite often I draw 300-400. I won 1000 and 2000 of the tournaments , the payment has always been very fast. I have never had any problems and my emails have always been answered by the support.Last time it was exactly related to the test and they helped me very quickly. I am very happy. I have quite good victories in small bets. In the beginning I withdrew 2000 and 3000, I had played on 1 pound bet and again I had no problems. employment contract.It is really a pleasure for me to play in Casumo and the withdrawals are literally for hours.Maybe those who play with only the same bank card and have an employment contract have no problems.

I send all doc to get verifad they keep send me back my id they saying is blurish some fk bull shit 80% of my doc got verifad all they doing taking a pis on passport pic is not clear,yeasterday I ask can they cancel my pending withdraw they sad no do to new UKGC law,lol guess what happen this morning they send my pending withdraw to my casino balance wtf no UKGC regulation today only yeasterda what idiots 100 casumo are scam,they also block live chat is clear tell me like fk off you got scam

So after almost 5 months waiting for someone in this group to help me out with problems with Casumo and I got an answer end up with : “ I’m not meeting their requirements for SOW that’s why they don’t pay me back my $6000” . I appreciated for your help but I expected more than this. Give me some details of what I’m missing when I gave them everything I could plus my family members as well. As you can see im not the only one that has problems with Casumo and I’m sure you know how it is here. I gave Casumo everything I had until they asking me for bank statements 2 months before I opened my account with Casumo with details of EVERY DEPOSITs and that’s when I refused to give them. And I don’t think anyone could give that information they requests. This is just a game guys. Casumo still one of the accredited casinos when it scam every player.

I think we were perfectly clear about your situation. You claim a family member is funding your casino play but cannot prove to the casino's satisfaction that that is legitimate.

I told you flat out that your situation is very unusual and that the casino is perfectly justified IN THIS CASE to be unusually thorough in their SOW demands.

The bottom line in your case is simple: either satisfy the casino's requirements -- which you've already said were unreasonable and that you would not comply -- or accept the fact that they will not pay you because you've failed SOW. Complaining here that you've been poorly served is BS.

Hello , clarifying that Max's job is essential for all players, and has helped a great deal to get their money, but honestly, for an accredited casino, beyond who is right, five months to define the situation of a payment I they seem many.

The casino did not take five months to respond. It's fairer to say that over a period of five months they gave the OP multiple opportunities to satisfy their SOW requests and the OP has done everything but. If the OP is complaining that this took 5 months to come to a conclusion then they should look back over the case and see who's fault it is for not providing the casino with the documentation they said they require.

Let me be clear, I am absolutely NOT saying Casumo's SOW practices are wonderful. What I am saying is that in this case the OP's situation required an exceptionally thorough SOW procedure and the OP basically refused to comply but instead offered other things, repeatedly.

In the end the casino basically said "pony up or piss off" and I support them in doing so. Other people's complaints are not connected to this particular issue, what I say here applies to this case and this case alone.

Did they refund the OP's deposits?
TBH I have no idea. The discussions between them went on so long that I left them to it as I had other matters to attend to.

I should add that dealing with the OP was particularly frustrating because they refused to follow the PAB procedures. I had to remind them at least three if not four times to read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures and they still ignored the bits they didn't like. IMO Casumo was -- and I stress that I base my comment on THIS case and THIS case alone -- perfectly patient and reasonable with the OP.

Anyone that failed to comply with my requests for specific documents so repeatedly would have been shown the door early on. Casumo put up with it for months and for that (at least) they deserve credit. IMHO.

And last but not least I've changed the title of this thread because I suspect the OP is simply using it to pressure the casino and given the circumstances that is not on.

Original thread title was "CASUMO stopped reply me after verified my documents and not paying me my $6000".

And yet is it the case in the uk they'd be required to pay the money or refer the case onwards to the authorities [sar?] if the SOW could not be completed?

[ is the op playing as a MGA customer? not sure how it works if based in canada, under what/whose rules are you gambling, that appy to the casino/yourself]

can anyone shine a light on this :confused:

of cours he will rate 9.3 he makes money from Casumo,we get withdraw hold,we get feed up dealing with Casumo blow al balance and Casumo and Casinomeister make money from are lost
