I'm having a doozy of a week.

OK, not going to mention the casino yet. But heres the deal..

Playing Cashapillar At highest bet $20 a push after few hours I get the free spins. I decide its a good time to hit the Dunny and grab a feed. 2 hours later I come back to find that I can no longer access the game as its a microgaming software and they are putting restrictions on some players like us Aussies.

Casino says its not their fault nor will or can return the spins or give any credit. So ive done the sums. 15 Free spins ate $20 a push. During free spins prizes are tripled. So in real terms id be receiving 15 spins at $60 per spin. $900 of spins in total.

Now going by casino history I believe the final payout of spins will be $5400. Now normally history in casino will show free game payouts even if you don't actually push start..

So my question is, Is this a casino problem or a provider problem.

I'm not gonna leave it and say, shit happens. It took 5 grand to get some spins, they are part of any win combination and not a bonus that has little value like some casinos try and state.

Sick of being bent over and rodded!!

Hi Crikey,

What an unfortunate choice of time to go the loo!

If the free spins being triggered can be verified, I expect the casino will do the right thing. Are they multi-platform? If so they should be able to award the free spins on another slot to an equivalent value?

I don't think it's fair to predict a payout, especially with a HV slot like Cashapillar. We've all hit the free spins and been left rather angry with the payout. The HV nature of the slot should be factored in to the slot they award the equivalent on.

Hope it works out for you!

Wow what a mess in Australia with all this uncertainty. Typical though how before these changes come into effect, everyone is absolving themselves of blame and responsibilties towards their existing customers, and will happily pass the buck.

Casinos also always portray themselves as the middlemen, but the way I see it if you provide that 'product' on your site you're responsible for it. Even if MG had been contactable still, it's still down to the host casino to remedy the situation. Perhaps they're not too bothered about retaining one's custom (wonder why) but as a gesture should give the free spin projected outcome, or close to it.

I think it's the casino's fault and they should compensate

Hey!

Were you using Slot Tracker at the time? If so we can find this spin data which will hold details of the total payout amount.

I've hit this slot at $10 a spin and got anywhere from $10,000 to $10 so never know.
It has been very cheap last few months for sure

gl getting sorted

I may be wrong here but does not Microgaming actually know how much is won from these free spins?
If so it should be forwarded to casino and put in players account.
Pretty simple really I would think.
