Not generally no. They are a genuine outfit so nothing to worry about if your account is in good standing order. I generally get paid within 2-3 days even after the visa direct withdrawal which shouldn’t take any longer than 1 hour. They are clearly not the best at paying but, 7 days is an awful long timeHi, does anyone had any problems with the withdrawals from Novibet? I got 5 processed withdrawals from last week,for some of them are already 7 days and still haven't got the money in my account.

not stopping them takeing deposits though is it.Been on the phone with them again as i still haven t got my withdrawals...today is the 8th day. They told me my request has been forwarded to the relevant departament,aparently they will give me an ARN code to give to my bank for the payments but they don't know how long will take. Aparently the had/have some technical issues and hope they ll be sorted by the end of this week.

Mine were approved within 24 hours last week..i just haven't got them yetCustomer Service is brutal, not an apology, just a "you'll wait and be patient"
