Novibet withdrawal

Hi, does anyone had any problems with the withdrawals from Novibet? I got 5 processed withdrawals from last week,for some of them are already 7 days and still haven't got the money in my account.

Not generally no. They are a genuine outfit so nothing to worry about if your account is in good standing order. I generally get paid within 2-3 days even after the visa direct withdrawal which shouldn’t take any longer than 1 hour. They are clearly not the best at paying but, 7 days is an awful long time

@Novibet Rep care to help? Also I’ve never personally heard back from my pm to you if you’d like to comment on that too :)

They are a genuine outfit, however, in 2021 a lot of casinos out there payout in literally seconds or minutes satisfying customers that value the payout speed when it comes to receiving their winnings. I would say nothing stops those slow ones to catch up with others.

Ive usually got all my novibet withdrawals within the hour, for my last few withdrawals. One of the quicker ones for me personally. (using paypal, havent tried with visa or visa direct etc yet)

I never had problems before until last week. Usually the money were in my account next morning after approval 😅now they are stuck somewhere.

i ve just been on live chat asking why a withdrawal for £600 is still in red from monday was told its being checked by the relevant department, asked why was told i will get an email when its being released.not very help full they used to pay pretty quick.

Been on the phone with them again as i still haven t got my withdrawals...today is the 8th day. They told me my request has been forwarded to the relevant departament,aparently they will give me an ARN code to give to my bank for the payments but they don't know how long will take. Aparently the had/have some technical issues and hope they ll be sorted by the end of this week.🙄

perhaps they should let people know before depositing they are having problems with withdrawals, and there is going to be a long wait. but they probably will not.

Hello @steveyboy as mentioned above, these tend not to be system-wide issues but rather individual cases hence such messages wouldn't correspond to the reality of our website's quality..

Individual? I've never had an issue before, I still haven't had a confirmation email or a reply to my last pm to you sir/madam

Customer Service is brutal, not an apology, just a "you'll wait and be patient"

I've held my tongue as long as possible....

You're website/outfit is as genuine as they come, the highest RTP's on offer anywhere and still the reason why I stay.

The transparencies from you guys is severely lacking, the visa direct is shite, just shite. It's still 2 business days minimum for myself and you still haven't replied to my pm direct which was sent on October 21st, you replied sent to "relevant department" on the 22nd and no word since. There are clearly issues that you do not want to dispers to everyone for obvious reasons.

This technical issue with withdrawals is appalling, not once have I seen an email to state "we apologise for any inconvenience, we are having some technical issues and your withdrawal will be processed in due course" etc....

You guys are quickly slipping and the slope isn't nice, your customer service is shocking, your ability to communicate within this forum is sub standard and frankly don't deserve the super high rating you have. I'd knock a point off for CS and withdrawals, plus another 0.5 for the constant failings in games and shutdowns

7,8 and 9 days since my withdrawals were processed and still no update 😅i'm sick to call them anymore.Flyingslotsman ,have you got yours?
