Novibet issue.

I'm getting the below error at Novibet quite a lot lately, their live chat said to try the usual..clear cache, cookies,
change devices and browsers etc, done all this and reset the router. They insist the error is my end even though
every other site and service works fine. Has anyone else noticed this?

@Novibet Rep you know, if you were more responsive you would get many more customers from here. There are so many things to like about your casino, yet you seem to let it down by not being very active. You have been on today but no response to my query from Friday :(

Hmm, and the location alert error is still being a pain for me, i tried logging in on my mobile
miles from home so i could rule out my WiFi being to blame, nope..same thing!
Come on @Novibet Rep what gives? :confused:

Was about to deposit for a bit of play time this evening not too sure atm I use my iPhone most of the time, I’ve logged in didn’t get the location alert

Was the same with the last comp they did; not a message in the thread despite questions etc. Odd.

I logged in Saturday and found a £50 cash bonus in my account, not for the first time either, regularly get wager free spins too, and I don't even play there that much. I'm £1400 down over the lifetime of the account but am fairly sure I've had 4 x £50 free cash bonuses, a couple around £15 and numerous wager free spins. No other casino gives close to that in loyalty that I know of. Good selection of games too, and they pay fast.

Negatives, the rep isn't very responsive, and I'm waiting for a reply from their affiliate manager since late Feb/early March, so I don't promote them for that reason alone.

I agree...can't fault the casino apart from this weird prob, which seems specific to me.
Don't really want to take my business elsewhere..fingers crossed it can be sorted.

You could try using a VPN to connect using a UK IP address, but would check with support before you actually play using it.

Logged in a couple of weeks ago and found £25.00 wager free in account something to do with their £500 loyalty was surprised but well received free cash with no terms, haven’t had a problem with them once With a cashout to my debit card U.K.
