I say this apprehensively as it may have been a one off, but you may need to improve online chat. I tried it last night, it was showing a queue of 2 and wait time of 5 minutes. 34 minutes later I was still waiting, although progressed up one. I then tried leaving a message as time now around 1.24am, but that didn't work. Had to leave without chatting to support or being able to leave a message. Thankfully not an urgent matter.
I'm not moaning, just a bit of constructive feedback!

We did not acquire any emails or lists at all this is something totally outside our mentality and affiliate culture. As i mentioned before it was a bad mistake and misunderstanding between a rookie Account Manager and affiliate who does most probably email marketing. Our affiliate team had no idea about it and of course never gave approval for such an action. After all, we are totally aware and compliant with UKGC email marketing and can spam act latest restrictions, i can reassure about it.

i just created an account at novibet 2 days ago, i directly let it verified yesterday with Sucess.....I deposited and make a withdraw yesterday..which was proceed within 30min...so that i was happy about and i should recieved it today via Directbanking...
This Morning i checked my bank acc nothing in , then logged in at novibet and my withdraw was juzst reversed to my Balance , without give me a info or Reason.
