I say this apprehensively as it may have been a one off, but you may need to improve online chat. I tried it last night, it was showing a queue of 2 and wait time of 5 minutes. 34 minutes later I was still waiting, although progressed up one. I then tried leaving a message as time now around 1.24am, but that didn't work. Had to leave without chatting to support or being able to leave a message. Thankfully not an urgent matter.

I'm not moaning, just a bit of constructive feedback!

We did not acquire any emails or lists at all this is something totally outside our mentality and affiliate culture. As i mentioned before it was a bad mistake and misunderstanding between a rookie Account Manager and affiliate who does most probably email marketing. Our affiliate team had no idea about it and of course never gave approval for such an action. After all, we are totally aware and compliant with UKGC email marketing and can spam act latest restrictions, i can reassure about it.

Hope you had a great weekend.

As i mentioned on previous respond, we did not acquire any emails or lists at all this is something totally outside our mentality and affiliate culture.

It was a terrible and rookie mistake from a Junior Account manager who made the specific action without getting any approval at all. He made an agreement with unknown and controversial small affiliate who had-we don't know how-email lists. They agreed to make a test in small sample and for unknown reason the Account Manager managed to help the particular ex affiliate by using his tracking link and template from corporate email!

As you can imagine those kind of actions were unknown to Affiliate team and most of all not approved at all. As soon as we got informed about the incident i can personally reassure you we took particular actions immediately not only to Junior Account Manager but also to affiliate in order to ensure that particular actions wont happen again. After all, we never got involved in the past to those things and we always are aware and fully compliant to UKGC restrictions.

Generally I get verified within a couple of hours but did get verified instantly once:) such a great selection of games....I can see myself putting the winnings all back if not careful.......

i just created an account at novibet 2 days ago, i directly let it verified yesterday with Sucess.....I deposited and make a withdraw yesterday..which was proceed within 30min...so that i was happy about and i should recieved it today via Directbanking...

This Morning i checked my bank acc nothing in , then logged in at novibet and my withdraw was juzst reversed to my Balance , without give me a info or Reason. I verified my Account before because to let such things not HAPPEN !!! Now i have make a withdraw again and can wait again 24H for what reason that sucks and should not be the way an accredited Casino should handle it . Please need help as fast as posiible thx

I checked transactions and some one did a Storno on my Withdraw but it wasn t me.....How could this happen please, for dont letting this happed i instanly let it verified before started playing yersterday.....
